This slow burn workout is a "yoga for your core" class. It's perfect for building strength as well as increasing flexibility and blood flow. Let's feel amazing in our body from the inside out.
Remember that it's an important foundation in yoga and life for having a strong and engaged core. This is a great yoga for core video to save and practice regularly as it will help you to tone the abdominal wall (yoga for abs) and increase strength in the deeper core muscles. It is a very challenging sequence for me. After 6 mins I almost gave up, but I followed though till the end. Now my ab is burning. I feel it generates lots of power in my body. I'm stronger than I thought! It is inspiring to practice with you! Thank you, Brett! And Happy Easters!

This was hard. A great core work out. Namaste!
I did this for the first time after a week of heavy lifting and so I struggled with holding some of the poses because my support muscles would give out. My hamstrings were the worst offender.
However the more I warmed up the easier it got. I wonder if I should have done your other video on relieving soreness first and then did this.

Back again. Loved this and also just did your quick seat workout. I only have time for short practices with my schedule but it is still so healing and energizing. I’m sorry, but this is not a good flow for lower back. It’s too fast and moves often don’t meet what she says. If you have lower back expectations, don’t do this one!
