What about the crazy water retention from trt? How do we combat that if you are only taking 200 mg split in 2 doses a week ?

Anti estrogen but myself I noticed I brought my dose down and that got rid of the water retention.

Hey bro, my testosterone level is 240 ng/dl and I just started TRT with 200 mg every two week for 2 months and then the doctor would increase it to 400 mg every two weeks. My question is , is TRT with the dosage I mentioned is really beneficial with gaining muscles and losing weight?

Watch this video. Testosterone is meant to be administered 1-2 times per week for optimum results.
That's a large dose and not the usual you would see for TRT. Testosterone will help with lean mass but it also requires a health lifestyle.

I'm on 200 a week. Physical changes are very little but I'm gaining a lot more of force and endurance in the gym with the same food and supps aabefore trt. Mental change has been awesome. A lot more confident.
The most shredded man alive was Andreas muntzer. He done an interview and he said the bodybuilders who step on stage are not 3%, it’s bullshit. He done his bodyfat measurement and it was 5%. Body fat is very difficult to measure.

Yes, I feel that should have been acknowledged. I have enormous respect and admiration for Dr T, and I have NO PROBLEM with people taking steroids, but he should have acknowledged in this video his physique has been obtained via PEDs.

That's like saying if you drink alcohol you're an alcoholic. It's a spectrum, if you're abusing and have no inbalance in your hormones then you're taking steroids. if you have an inbalance and you're rectifying your levels then it's called TRT.
Anyone shooting for 6% body fat at his age is a little unstable. Unless, he is single and living in a cave.
