After being on and off of T a few times, I learned a lot. It’s a tool you need to use to help your body get where it needs to get. Just being on it and not doing anything for your health isn’t going to do much. I was up to 950 at one point. Sure my libido was outstanding but I never worked out. I was drinking lots of alcohol, eating whatever. Not sleeping much. I’m a singer and one thing it did do was mess up my voice. So I got off it for five years and a result my T has gone down to 150. I’m 59 years old and been feeling like a absolute hell. Just got back on it. I’m taking 0.5 ml once a week now and keeping it chill because I need my voice. It’s what I use to make a living. All of these videos about TRT are usually referring to steroid type cycles of testosterone not TRT. I wish everyone would make clear distinctions between the two because they're two totally different things. Guys that are only taking small, legitimate levels of test for TRT which doesn't give you super physiological levels of testosterone shouldn't expect to see "body building" type results from simply having normal levels of testosterone.
