    Thank you for your videos! :) i'm 27 , training and eating healthy since 19 yo and always was stuck on my weight loss journey and energy levels. on september i started TRT because my levels were around 300-239 from the minimal range of 250. i wish i'd started sooner but i understand it's kinda difficult to give a younger man trt in comparison of a 50 yo man.Greetings from Chile

      Maybe it's your cutting diet lowered your T levels..

    the byproducts of cholesterol include cortisol, testosterone, and aldosterone. I have a genetic defect that does not have the enzymes to produce cortisol and aldosterone, which sucks because I don't produce stress hormones. The upside to that; however, is that my testosterone is about 900+. I don't know what to think lol

      What about your free testosterone which is the only one that matters as you should know. Total testosterone is flat out irrelevant

      Be happy about that. Too much Cortisol over time, is a killer

      @@balancemyhormones yes, I have to take synthetic cortisol since birth otherwise I'll go into an adrenal crisis and can't even move.

      @@user-Red5hield-exp0ser true, but none is also a killer. There has been a few close calls when I didn't bring enough pills when I'm out.

    not everyone is a stud, only a small percentage of men will look muscular and lean it's a rare trait that's why it's attractive and shows good athletic genes

      Testosterone is for health and vitality. Of your lean muscle improve as a result then this is also healthy as sarcooenia in old age is not.

    Is 250 test to much in 1 week?

    • @balancemyhormones
      @balancemyhormones  9 місяців тому +2

      The appropriate TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) dosage varies by individual and should be determined by your healthcare provider. 250 mg per week may be suitable for some, but it's essential to follow your doctor's guidance and have regular check-ups to ensure it's right for you and your health needs. Of course not everyone has the right hormone balance. For those who do and take to weight training the improvements should be noticeable which is also a health benefit.

      There's nothing "fast" about this if you do it correctly. For those of us who have been chronically low for years, trt is literally a life saver both physically and mentally. It's not just about muscle for a lot of us.

    Why are you holding the mic? Get stands it's more professional and lets the guest be more at ease.

    • @balancemyhormones
      @balancemyhormones  Рік тому

      Interesting story behind that. We had originally set up with Lav mics but realised the background noise was too great as we filmed in the lobby of a busy hotel during the Arnold Fitness Expo. We had to improvise and decided to use the handheld mics at the last minute as they ate unidirectional and don’t pic up the surrounding sound like the Lav mics do. If yiu watch our other videos in the series we did use a stand but the most mics were too close and we were at the convention so it was too loud and we ended up shouting. Thanks for the input and for noticing the finer details of the production.

    Tip for teenagers:
    If u are not making gains and libido is off the chart... it is your diet!!!
    Eat normal cut all sugars and maybe some breads and cheap processed cereals. If u get hungry eat natural cheese (has whey) and a slice of beef jerky (with out nitrates) or 1 oz protein like fish chicken.
    Eat nuts or fruits or a salad.
    Work out and that is it.
    Solution people!
    When I was a teen I ate cereal and OJ every day. Too lazy to cook! I worked out but remained skinny. I’m 50 now so I Told my sons to do this and they are Greek God’s in their high schools 🤣👍🏾
    Gen-X’ers know!
