      couldn't agree more! that syncable envelope looper is a total game changer and definitely one of the Subsequent37's top features in my opinion. sync it up to a sweet drum pattern and you're set

      No need to purchase separate fx pedals if you own a Yamaha Montage or similar keyboard run the audio output of the sub37 into the AD input of the other keyboard and process with fx. Then run the sub37 out an assignable output. This way you can still run the sub37 into a separate channel on your mixer.

    Hi great sound design. Is it possible to send the arp preset on 10:18?

    • @AnthonyGoodley
      @AnthonyGoodley 3 роки тому

      This is analog dude. Unlike digital synthesizers there are no 'Presets'. To get back to a certain sound one must do one of two things. Either memorize the exact position of every knob and switch or take a picture. Neither method is perfect and it will take some fiddling around to get back close to a previous sound when trying to recreate it later on.

    • @bendrrmusic
      @bendrrmusic  3 роки тому

      Hey dude thanks for watching! My input on this is a probably a bit bias, because I don't think I could ever part ways with my Subsequent37. I think it is still worth it. That being said, from what i've seen of the Matriarch, that thing is a total beast in its own right. If you're able to shell out the extra $500, I would say go for it.
      But if you're looking to stay within the price point of the Subsequent37, the Sequential Pro3 seems like a very solid contender, and that's one of the newer synths on the market. It all depends on what your preferences are, and what "sound" you're looking for. Hope this helps!
