I'm 41 now, and when I was 20 I was often in techno discos. There I got so much chemistry in my head until I could endure the music. I hated this music passionately. At the end of the year before last I heard Stephan´s "Singularity" and it hit me like a steam hammer, I got weak knees and goose bumps, that was the first time I could feel this music and it changed my life. Well, what can I say, I've been building synthesizers ever since and I love playing with them. Many thanks to my personal superhero Stephan Bodzin
Wow! For a 2-year old interview, it was amasingly informative and entertaining. :-) However, when this interview was done, I'm pretty sure that adding artificial noise--like record scratching and analog tape hiss--was already a big fad, wasn't it? It seems that they were, like most of us in that age range, resisting the fad. LMAO
When they start playing together. Pure magic! Got tears in my eyes! Thanx.

The Analog Maestro - Stephan Bodzin ❤️ This video is just GOLD!! Thank you for sharing!!
I love how the host was like trying to wind up but Stephan had other plans and didn't care xD
This is such a gold mine I just sold my CDJ's in order to buy a sub 37 and a digitone
So hows it working out for you?
Actually making music is just so much easier than playing CDs
@@tybowesformerlygoat-x7760 you mean jamming or really finishing a track?
@@sebastianesquivelv At least the reemergence of modular synths doesn't really help to make people ever finishing anything.
To finish a track only with modular you need several takes to record it correct on a digital device like Ableton Live or Logic.
What a great masters of this times!
amazing!
Thanks for sharing. 🙏
Obvisiously cool!
Thanks a lot for sharing this! Been waiting for a video like this from them.

The story of the origin of the Mini Moog is wrong.... you can find true history if you search for it... it predates the Moog System 15!
