The last movie I worked on WE compensated everybody that was affected by the production, director David arquette even hand delivered a check to a woman who was somehow overlooked in the neighborhood where we were shooting. David also made a point of patronizing the businesses in the commercial spaces we shot in, ordering custom-made airbrushed hats for all the crew from a local graffiti art outlet.

If the movie wasn't being filmed at all, what's the difference in the revenue stream? It's not a 2 color picture, younneed to account for the whole spectrum.
