Creamy Butter Chicken - Dinner in 30 Minutes

- Butter chicken is rich, creamy, savory, and delicous. These sausy boneless, skinless chicken breasts combined with a few basic ingredients can be made up in about half an hour which makes the dish a great weekday meal. As always, you can alter the ingredients according to your liking. For example, if you want the chicken richer and creamier, simply add a little more butter. If you want more garlic, add a bit more. The list goes on. We use homemade butter milk made with milk and vinegar. Real butter milk can be used which would make the chicken even richer. The chicken is great served up over a bed of rice or mashed potatoes. Believe me, when you serve the chicken up with the sauce, your dinner guest will go wild. Yes sir!!!! Just had this for supper tonight and boy was it a hit!!! I was heavy handed with the garlic powder and highly recommend you being so as well! Yumo!!!! Keeper!!! My husband said he would like to take some with him for lunch tomorrow and he's the hardest one to please in the entire house so that's the truest indication of a winner!!!!

Tried it for dinner and I've putted a little bit of curry in the gravy mixture,and served it with rice on the side and grilled sweet potatoes,and man it was amazing,thanks for all the great and simple recipes you make.
I just made this dish and everyone loves it! The sauce is creamy rich and very velvety. The chicken juicy and delicious. I added some red chilli powder to it too to give an asian twist to it. Thank you for this. God bless you with peace and security.

I tried it ! But i used 1tsp Maggie chicken powder flovor into 1cup water insted becouse i dont have chicken broth, but its come really good! I top it on the rice and you can add mushroom its more tastier ..My husband really love it ! Thanks for this.
Just made it, delicious!!! Didn't have chicken stock so I used 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon and 1 cup of water. Worked out perfectly. Thanks for the recipe.

CooknShare...oh my gosh...you made my hubby's day today. i had one large thawed chicken breast in the frig today and when i got home from work late, i needed something quick, luckily with all the ingredients i had on hand and of course delicious. i found all three right here on your video. i am so thankful. hubby could not stop eating it. the chicken was so tender. i don't always have buttermilk, so your recipe of milk and vinegar was so helpful...in fact i didn't have any milk so i opened a can of coconut milk and mixed it with the vinegar. it was AMAZING!! and the soy sauce added a nice touch! thank you so much... from now on you are my go to guy...i love simple, easy and fast! and it is really special that you showed the recipe while you cooked...so i'm subscribing...thanks again!!

I've tried this recipe and I love it. it is simple but so delicious.. I put toooo much lemon juice in the homemade buttermilk so the chicken was sour, but I still love it.. I'm going to make it again, this time with the right amount of lemon juice.

My husband and I made this last night and it came out so so delicious..we did not have milk so we used one cup of heavy cream, after we added the chicken stock and the heavy cream we added some sliced mushrooms and cut in small pieces we added asparagus, it was honestly one of the easiest recipes we have ever made and it was truly DELICIOUS..my husband and I thank u so very much , we wish u all the best with ur channel..subscribed..xx

OMGoodness.. I just made this, it's still simmering on the stove while the rest of the goodies finish cooking. I didn't have chicken stock so I did it without it but I still used soy and a dash of water and flour and shook it up and poured it over and then the milk with lemon and I used a whole stick of butter. My breasts were huge so it took a bit longer. I added a tad of Paul Prudone seasoning with the salt and pepper in the flour that I coated the chicken in and of course had to add garlic.. Everythings better with garlic.. It's Amazingballs!!!... Parmesean noodles and peas on the side.. can't wait.. Had to leave the kitchen because I'll be full before the sides are ready if I keep testing it.. Thanks for the idea.

I just made some and they were delish! Altho My store bought buttermilk was way too sour, so I made some more gravy... basically I doubled the gravy quantity, but next time i'll probably either half the buttermilk, or use milk and vinegar instead
