Thankfully, Chef has taken the time to explain what is really easy to understand for those of us who have taken the time to learn how to prepare food, rather than order out or have the entire recipe sent to you and all you have to do is drop it into the oven. Youre welcome
@@twelvecatsinatrenchcoat First of all, you have to understand that Gordon Ramsay is a chef, so his definition of simple and easy is going to differ from ours. Take it with the proverbial grain of salt and consider the context. He's saying that these recipes are simple and quick compared to more elaborate dishes, and they don't require much skill. They also contain fewer ingredients, but that doesn't mean that he won't add a few special ingredients that are more expensive. If you want to make food that is outstanding, then you have to invest in your ingredients. What I find to be annoying is that every time a chef puts out a video like this, tons of people bitch and complain about how they can't afford to buy the ingredients, they don't have the time, blah, blah, blahhhhhhhhh. It's like, if you're incapable of making these recipes, then just stick to pb&j or pasta with marinara and stop complaining! But the rest of us wanna learn.
The two recipes I tried so far- sausage rice and meatballs turned out to be so delicious. They are really quick and easy to make. Can’t wait to try them all. Thank you for the amazing recipes. Much love❤

Gordon's hands: "TWO SHOTS OF VODKA"
I made the sausage and rice recipe but opted for a sweet Italian sausage and it came out delicious. It was super simple to follow. Not too many ingredients at all.
I going to give it a try. About how much rice do you put in?
If Gordon Ramsay was my parent I would never have the “there’s food at home” problem.

I think we may have conflicting opinions on the word "simple."
The worst part is all the wannabes in the comments saying shit like: "iF YOu weRE serIOUs aboUT CoOkiNg YoUd HAvE STaR anIsE." Like their little jar of six year old star anise that's been used once and no longer has any flavor makes them superior somehow.

I learn something new every time I watch him cook. He's an amazing Chef.

I'd like to do them but veganize them (use vegan version of sausages and hamburger).
Where did Gordon put the rice in the last dish???
His cooking videos are so satisfying to watch and his Hell’s Kitchen videos are too funny 😂

Hello, Chef!
My son and I watch and love all your shows, especially your "deliciously simple Recipes"
They could be simple for some trained cook who knows how to balance spices in a dish with their measurements. but we are simple funs who enjoy watching and getting inspired by you.
It sure would help a great deal to post some measurements with your recipes.
Merci Chef!

@@Wildnose1337 the joke is that Gordon said ”the closer the cuts the finer the onion” which is like saying something really obvious. That’s why he Phxantxom said “Every 60 seconds in Africa a minute passes” because it’s the same really obvious statement, which makes it kinda funny.
