David B yep. I was going to skip it, but it intrigued me, and I had to know what was being made. I thought it was a car commercial, but was pleasantly surprised. Best commercial I’ve seen in a long time!
My Dad works in a steel mill similar to this mill. Manual labor does not get the credit it used to in the United States. Thank you Rogue for bringing some glory back to the people making America great.
I work in one and they nailed it. Especially the slow motions because that's how time goes by with a 12 hour shift. But really people that don't have a clue how much it takes to make the simplest things is, yes unappreciated.

This is the only ad, I watch repeatedly and still feel myself tear up. It's beautiful- the showcasing of American manufacturing. As an Engineer it makes me feel proud to see some brands still hanging on to what America is built on.
@lukaszimmer1973 Chinese refining processes aren't the most advanced or efficient ones in the world, and the steel they make tends to be of low quality. I don't know much about it, but from my understanding, they don't have particularly strict standards when it comes to the temperatures the metal is forged at or something like that. I may be wrong, but I just thought I'd share my 2 cents on the matter.

I still return to this video years later, not only to reminisce its beauty, but to fulfill my motivation completely for when I train day after day. This advertising made me stop and watch through the whole thing... Didn't even remember what I initially was going to watch. Very well made. Who produced it?
I watched this advertisment / masterpiece on another UA-cam video as an add that showed in the middle of the video. It's so amazing to watch and so we'll made that I had to head over here to give it a like. It is the only commercial on UA-cam that I willing watched the whole thing sense I have started watching UA-cam and to find out at the end it was for barbells, wow mind blown. Bravo to whom ever directed that.
This is the best commercial I have ever seen. The most unexpected. Jaw dropping. Inspiring. Evocative. The beauty of a high fashion film, for steel bar. So artsy, so beautiful. Must make Rogue Employees so proud... Domestic Manufacturing at its best!
Finally someone makes an ad that is gorgeous to watch and has a great score! I've been letting this play through everytime it pops up. Way to promote the American workers and the inherent beauty found in the building of products that build bodies! Sharing this with everyone I know as an example of ads worth watching and products worth buying.
This is hands down the best commercial I have ever seen. It came in on whatever video I was watching. I had no idea what this commercial was for but it was mesmerizing! Amazing work. My hats off to the people who made this!
I didn’t even know what this was a commercial for. I was captivated. 30 seconds in and I knew this was the best video I have seen in a long time. I freaking cheered when I realized it was a barbell. I’m a Crossfit trainer and I work with these exact bars everyday. That was the biggest twist ending for me. 1000/10 would watch forever.
The amount of time and detail that went into this video shows. This made me want to buy your products and I don’t even really workout. Whoever directed this needs a raise. Great work
My goodness this is staggeringly epic. It is the only commercial I've searched for to watch again. Even my 3 year old daughter said daddy that was berry beautiful, can we watch it again?
I’m so glad I’m not the only person who is totally captivated by this video!! I had to watch the ad all the way through and didn’t even care that I had no clue what it was for. Now I appreciate bar bells more than I did before.
This is one of the most amazing commercials I have ever seen a company do. This is completely eye-catching and beautiful. the audio is perfect for this as well. Immideaitly gets your attention with suspense, then completely changes the game when realized this was a gym barbell advertisement. Rogue Fitness, you know how to advertise.
I was going to watch some other video when the (dreaded) commercial began and I quickly reached for the mouse to mute it. But there has never been... in my life... a commercial that has so captivated me that I had to track the company down to add my comment here. Rogue, what a beautiful commercial! I watched all 4 minutes, 11 seconds of it twice and both times was riveted to the screen. Thank you for your creativity.
Oh my God. This has got to be the best UA-cam commercial ever! I sat through the entire thing. Who ever made this captured the inspirational spirit of “creation overtime” very well. I imagined planet earth being formed over millions of years just listening and watching this. I can’t say enough. Why is this showing up on my account only till now?
This ad just showed up when I was watching something else music related on UA-cam. I’ve got lots of equipment from Rogue they are the best. As others have said, this is one of the best ads if not the best ever. The music, the iron, the flames, the power. Awesome piece of work.
I like how you guys made reality to look so beautiful. No supermodels, sand beaches, expensive cars etc, just the reality and facts how its done and still one of the most enjoyable commercials i've seen
taking someones trash and making it in to a work of art. this is the best ad in the world. need to play this on national television or something. make the barbell great again.
Still one of the finest showcases of what marketing can and should be. It's made me appreciate that the lowly barbell in my gym is a labour of love and hard work. Forever a Rogue fan.
This is beautiful. I'm so glad that I bought my barbell from Rogue. I bought a B&R bar with the intention of training with it for the rest of my life and with the quality that I see in my bar, I think it's up to the task. Thank you Rogue Fitness. And thank you for keeping in AMERICAN MADE. shit makes me proud
Just went back to one of my favorites, stored on YT. I love this video. Impressed by the cinematography, choreography, and all around casting. These guys in the foundry weren't there to make a commercial that day. They just wanted a beer after work. A seriously bad ass plant, an incredible product (I'm a fat ass beer drinker fyi, lol), and I would be proud to represent Rogue.
Y'know....I really have to hand it to the filmers and editors that made this. This really is a beautiful video. The folks who made this have every reason to be proud of what they made. Most sincere Kudos to them all.
Absolutely Beautiful. It's a rare thing to have such a fantastic ad, and it's even rarer to have an ad that I went to find because the screen on the phone didn't do it justice. Thank you
Fell asleep and this ad came on. Had no idea it was rogue, the music was just amazing then I saw barbells being made. This video was needed during quarantine
For decades, I have been using gym equipment from the 90s, BUT because my equipment was made in the USA, it will last forever. Still, I figure the time is approaching for me to upgrade my equipment. It is hard to find a company that still manufactures their equipment in the USA. Even Rogue does not manufacture everything in the USA, but they do more manufacturing in the USA than any other fitness company, and for that reason, I will be looking to upgrade my gym equipment with them. It might cost twice as much, but I think it is worth it.
I watch this every single time... I'm a Texas power bar guy, who doesn't currently own a single piece of Rogue equipment, but I still have to watch this every single time.
There's really nothing I can say about this commercial that hasn't already been said in the comments. I NEVER watch commercials but I was so captivated, I couldnt hit the skip button. Kudos

I used to work in a steel melt shop very similar to this and this brought back a bunch of good memories of that place and the people there. Thank you for highlighting this as part of your add. It's great to show what goes into making a product.
When this comes on as an ad, I almost always watch the whole thing. I even forget I’m waiting on an ad for another video, so when the other video comes on i’m surprised. Often the ad is better than the video I came to see. Congrats on an awesome video, Rogue. And congrats on having an awesome brand with awesome products. I was just doing squats and deadlifts in my garage full of Rogue products this morning. I never, ever regret spending the money for high quality equipment.
