Awesome video! Very informative and detailed as are all your videos! Unfortunate that you didn’t get to see them in the wild this time. I hope you will get a chance one day.

Lmao watching you walk backwards and talk makes me feel like I'm watching myself struggle to put out the right words for something.
I've come across chuckwallas in the desert, they're pretty smart so you need to have a sharp eye. They seem to hang out in rocky outcrops and washes that are difficult to traverse. If you come across one and you want to get close, be careful not to break line of sight. They can tell where you're looking even from a good distance, and they will bolt for a 900iq hiding spot the moment you look away. If you do manage to get close, they are extremely friendly from my experience, I doubt you would be able to get it to bite you if you tried to force it. Also if you do find one in a crack or something, I wouldn't even bother trying to get it out because the effort put into not accidentally hurting it is not worth it. Plus, you gotta look for them while its sweltering hot outside. If you can't see heatwaves you won't see chuckwallas.
I'd have to say A is the lie. I know for a fact they're little leathery balloons and there's no way a lizard that affectionate doesn't care for its eggs. Idk how long they actually live for though, I assumed it would be for a long time.
I watched the 4 videos used. Idk how those 2 dudes pissed off the chuckwalla that much, they must have really scared it or hurt it squeezing it out of the rocks. I love watching them headbob. I didn't think it was very unique to chuckwallas, but they do it more. I always thought when they do that they're saying, "sup bro," while also trying to get a better look at you and their surroundings. I wonder if doing a 'sup bro' head nod back at them will communicate to them that you're probably not too dangerous.
