This turned out beautifully! Because I saw the video you made a few months ago using Hampton Olive on a desk, I was inspired to use that same paint on my china cabinet. I have it proudly displayed in my dining room. Thank you for all you teach us😊

@@ChristinaMuscari oh my goodness!! Lol, I didn’t know I won until now! I’m so excited!! I’m new to learning how to navigate UA-cam as you can tell. I can’t tell you how thankful I am❤️
What a great tutorial! I sold my first piece yesterday using Dixie Belle’s French Linen and gold gilding wax on the handles! The small dresser sold within two hours! I was so excited! I can’t wait to explore more products of Dixie Belle especially their transfers! Keep inspiring Christina!
I have tried to paint furniture before, without much success because I didn't know what I was doing. So now I'm doing the smart thing and watching an expert! Thank you!
I painted a desk two years ago with wall paint. I’m cringing now. I am gathering supplies to begin chalk painting the correct way. I’ve been buying supplies but no paint yet. Can’t wait to tackle some favorite pieces in my house.
I have practiced on small things like wooden shelves, picture frames, small chairs just to get the feel of how everything works. I did a small cabinet with a whitewash top and chalk white for the rest of it. It wasn’t Dixie Belle, but it was expensive. Didn’t care for the coverage, it took three coats to cover the wood. I have a whole house full of out dated furniture, I’m excited to keep going! Thanks Christina!
I have painted furniture, and decor, and used Dixie Belle! In fact you were the very first furniture painter that I ever watched on UA-cam and I’m still watching you today and it’s been close to two years. So thank you very much for all of your instruction and videos just like this.
I have painted some really pretty furniture,I have painted more than I thought I did. I went through photos of the evolution of my work and dare I say I’m a little proud. I really do want to try Dixie Belle paint, after watching you use it!!
I have been flipping furniture for about a year and a half now. I have painted several items with the Hampton Olive and I absolutely love it. Silk is a great way to describe this paint. It goes on flawlessly and so smooth. I have learned so much by watching your videos! Keep them coming!
I’ve been using Dixie Belle for a few years now painting furniture to resell. I’ve tried others but Dixie Belle is my favorite and my go to paint & products.
I love Dixie Belle products. I did my first furniture flip using Dixie Belle. I have seen pieces done with the all in one, but have not used it myself yet. You always do a great job on your furniture. You are a great teacher I especially like when things don’t always go as expected and how you problem solve.
I painted some basic furniture many years ago, but definitely have lots of things now that I want to update. I’m dismayed to realize how much of our items aren’t real wood, so seeing how to prep particle board is super helpful. Great video! I’ve subscribed to both your channel and Dixie Belle’s, whose products I haven’t had the chance to try yet but whatnot soon. Thanks!
I've painted many pieces of furniture, but I'm always looking to learn more. Love your videos and I watch you cause you are one of my favorites! Have a blessed day 🌹
I painted a jewelry cabinet. I wasn’t crazy about the job I did, but not bad for a beginner. I definitely have learned more since watching your videos.
Wow thanks for this! I have been looking for pieces to restore and have avoided getting items that aren’t real wood because I didn’t think it would turn out. I’m so happy now that I can finally find something to work with
I have never painted furniture, but I have stripped, stained and polyed old furniture. I have wanted to try the silk paint on a desk that's been in my garage for years, so maybe this is the year to go for it. Thanks again for sharing ❣
I have never painted or anything to furniture. I’ve been watching a lot of videos on furniture flipping. I’m very excited about it, just haven’t had a chance yet. I look forward to the experience.
I painted a kid’s Jenny Lind rocking chair. The only thing I knew to do was scuff sand. Took 3 coats of white paint and even though it had tons of spindles it turned out pretty good. Can’t wait to try Dixie Belle paints.
I just started getting into furniture refinishing and I actually purchased some Dixie Bell paint and used it for the first time last weekend! So much fun!!
Yes, I have painted furniture before. But LOVE this video tutorial because I'm dealing with a 'not real wood' piece now that has been frustrating. Thank You!!
I have painted quite a bit of furniture. I love watching your videos and I always learn something. Plus your videos are fun and I look forward to them.
I have not painted a piece of furniture, only repainted old kitchen cabinets. I want to do my first furniture restore. I have a night stand I bought and plan on redoing in a modern color scheme, but need to watch more of your videos to feel comfortable doing it. Thanks for your easy explanations.
Beautiful re-do: it gives hope to us who are on the verge. I am about to do some end tables and an old dresser. Thank you for all the information and encouragement.
Beautiful video, thank you! Yes I have painted furniture, many solid oak kitchen tables and pine cabinets. I have stripped many to raw wood, treated for worm wood and then many coats of clear varnish. I love to learn more about changing up old brown furniture (antiques) to more fresh neutral colors.
I started painting furniture about 30 years ago. Mostly for myself. Then started my business 10 years ago. It’s been an amazing journey. I love the transformative power of paint! My latest projects have been painting old wood cuckoo clocks! :)
I have painted some furniture, but never with Dixie Belle paints. I would love to try this product line. I always enjoy your videos. Thank you for what you do!
I painted my first piece of furniture this week! My daughter wanted her dresser to be painted pink! I've been looking for another way to earn income since being laid off and discovered your channel a few weeks ago.... Thank you so much for your content! I've learned a lot!
