Definitely! Love your yogurt lemon tahini sauce (and you did a sauce once with maple syrup and mustard and tahini for the fall that was amazing!). I definitely want to try your peanut sauce, I'm always looking for a good version of that, and chimichurri is probably my favorite all time sauce. I love throwing it on a grilled steak in the summer!
My wife and I found your channel recently. Your recipes, tips and processes have been absolutely life changing for our small family. Thank you and love from Canada!
Another fantastic video!!! So many good ideas, I am totally going to try some of these out! It might be fun to see a video where you share multiple different specific recipes using the same sauce. Thanks for sharing, your vids make me happy and inspired! 🥰
Love it! Definitely gonna try them all. Minimal (clean) ingredients, quick prep time and can help add diversity to my set meals (which can get boring at times). Awesome content, I’m happy to have stubbled across this channel
AGREE that somehow pulling out the food processor feels like such a "to do" and I try to avoid it unless absolutely necessary. This is such a useful batch of recipes! Making your own salad dressing or sauce is such a great way to get started with home cooking. They are super quick and easy, and leave a lot of room for error and experimenting!
Great ideas! I'm definitely going to make these. I would love a video taking or or two of these and showing all the recipes you can use them in. Just a 🤔. Love your content! ♥️
These sauces look so easy and tasty! But I don't know why I guess I don't have a habit of putting sauce on stuff? Like I've made the sauces in your meal prep classes, absolutely love them, and then I sort of forget about them in the fridge after a few days 😢Just looking at what I ate yesterday, where I might be able to incorporate more sauce and flavor- instead of mayo on a turkey egg bagel sandwich, perhaps the white bean dip, and I've done some Chipotle style chicken burrito bowls, so instead of pico de gallo, maybe the chimichurri or even the lemon tahini sauce. Cool, now I'm inspired!
This totally happens! I always store my sauces FRONT AND CENTER in my fridge to make sure I don't forget to use them! I think you can see me putting them on the center shelf in the middle at the end of this video, which is where they stayed until I finished them (just finished the last of them today, actually!) --maybe this can help?
@@fresherica4402 Nigella did it in a show once and we got it in a meal kit recipe. Basically add oil and garlic to the pan, add beans and stir until it looks like a creamy mash. Can add a little water or any seasonings. Nigella uses lemon juice and zest and olive oil. The other recipe I had used tumeric.
I love a good sauce! This was a great video, and yes please to more videos featuring sauces! Curious about your chimichurri...I usually put lime juice in mine instead of vinegar. Is there a reason to use vinegar instead of citrus? Really enjoying your content overall. I enjoy these short videos, but also like your longer ones too. I like to play your videos while I'm cooking/meal prepping, so a little longer video is nice for that. 👩🍳
I'm so glad you're enjoying and yes, I'm still playing around with format, length, etc. to see what works best for you all, but also for me and my work life balance ;) For the chimicurri, I just red wine vin just because that's what I prefer, taste preference wise! I'm sure lime would be great too!
They all look so good!!!!! I think I already tried the tahini one in of your meal prep classes and I loved it! Such an amazing idea to have sauces on hand! I’m going to try those recipes for sure.
I am deffo going to make the peanut sauce! Also going to basically make the meal from your last vid! I'm finishing a job tomorrow and fortunately gonna take some time off before lining up something new so I'm going to experiment with making new meals. I take forever so my goal is to make stuff within 20 mins. The sauces will help and so does the waste bowl, thank you! 😃 Something that would be cool is lunch/meal ideas that require no heating, I don't think I see that around much. Have a great weekend Erica!
Okay LOVEEE this no heat lunch idea--going to add that to the content calendar for the next month or so. I hope you're having a good time off between jobs :):) xx
The sauces all look and sound so yummy, going to try a couple this week! Not sure if this is something you can control/add or if it is a UA-cam thing, but it would be awesome if your videos included closed captions. It helps not only people who are deaf or hard of hearing, but people like me with loud pets and kids. Love all your content!
hmmm I could have sworn I had closed captions turned on on this video! UA-cam autogenerates them. I'll keep an eye out for that setting and really appreciate the feedback given in such a thoughtful manner, Veronica xx
This is super helpful! I have lettuces growing in my garden and will be eating a lot of salads. Having some new dressings will make it easy not to get bored. I’ve made your peanut noodles with broccoli from a previous video and can attest that the peanut sauce is addictive. I’d be interested in seeing some meal prep ideas for eggs and tofu.
YAYYYY Amy!!!! I'm so glad this was helpful and am THRILLED to hear you liked the peanut sauce. I ate two whole heads of broccoli in 3 days because of this sauce hehehehe Definitely will work some tofu in, but eggs--I actually have an intolerance so not sure you'll see a ton of them over here!
@@fresherica4402 I’ve since made the balsamic vinaigrette and LOVE it! The grated garlic makes such a huge difference. This blows away the balsamic dressing I’ve made in the past. Can’t wait to try more of your sauces.
I want to try marinating chicken in the .yogurt tahini sauce. What oven temp and how long should I bake the chicken thighs for? Love this video! More sauce recipes please!
Hiiii friends! Are you gonna make any of these?
Definitely! Love your yogurt lemon tahini sauce (and you did a sauce once with maple syrup and mustard and tahini for the fall that was amazing!). Making me realise I need to massively up my sauce game!!!
Love all your meal prep content. Please do some curries for a family of 5.
Love the sauce ideas! I’ll actually make these. I’d love to see more healthy, protein rich snacks.
It all looks delicious, as per usual. Would like to see a video on how to care for kitchen utensils. And of course, more meal prep vids. Thank you!
I would never have thought about sauces🤯 I need to add sauces!
I love this video! Im a sauce person too :D. So glad they were all simple and quick recipes!!
Loving this! I’m slowly getting into meal prep and your UA-cam videos are super inspiring!

Why is that?!?! I'll pull out the blender no problem but there's something about the food processor....
I cannot wait to try out these sauces! I am loving the meal prep videos, thank you!
Love sauces! I also make white bean dip a lot. Not a chickpea person.
SAME! I'll do a chickpea every once in a while but really prefer the texture of most other white beans.
Great ideas! I'm definitely going to make these. I would love a video taking or or two of these and showing all the recipes you can use them in. Just a 🤔. Love your content! ♥️

Yay, I'll definitely make a follow up vid :)
Definitely making the white bean dip. I love to make a mash potato substitute with white beans. Love the idea of making a bowl with that as the base.
Oooo tell me more about the mashed potato sub...this has never crossed my mind or web browser before!

Yay! glad this sounds good. I broil the chicken on high for 10-15. I do something similar in this video:
ua-cam.com/video/jGUlsksitH0/v-deo.html
How long can they keep in the fridge
Your peanut sauce recipe…I think you have garlic twice. The second time you mean ginger….I believe….;)
Thanks, Andrea, good catch!
Is there a big difference between grating garlic and using a garlic press?
hmmm good question! I just don't own a garlic press so opt to grate, but I'm sure pressing will yield a similar result :)
