Roundhouses are cool stuff! I like this idea of more tips for different kinds of martial arts, but with a more Chiro or physio-focus perspective.
I kind of feel like you should point out where kicks should land more (the part of the Shin), because I know that can lead to injury as well, especially if people think they just need to condition their bodies to keep things from hurting. (That is true, but if you just are kicking the wrong spot, I know you can hurt yourself instead) I guess technically it can improve the power of the kick if you land the correct position, but I was thinking more about beginner safety which I feel like this video is good for.
    Anyways, thanks Dr. Nick!

Recently, my lower back gets really tired after just some kicks (~10 kicks) and remained strained until the next day. Does my erector spinae get strained, due to the lack of pivoting my toes and hips?

I used to get that when i first start muay thai. Focus on rotating your hips more

Wow very wide kicks. So much wasted space in between the beginning of the kick and the point of contact. Those kicks would be very very easy to catch or check. The golden era kick is much more effective and very hard to adjust to.. All in all, still a good informative video though!
