    I tore a muscle in my lower back a while ago and literally couldn’t workout for almost 2 months. Went from running 3-5 miles every other day to barely able to walk a mile In pain. Started doing these stretches and as painful as they felt when I first started they actually started helping my sciatica and slowly and surely was able to make a decent recovery. Extremely grateful 🙌🏼

      @@GrabOnede I’ve had this lower back pain in my spine and hip for the past 4 months. Did some physical therapy for 4 weeks and it slowly went away. Know it’s back for some reason. It’s apparently a lumbar back sprain or a hyperextension. There usually supposed to last about 4 weeks. Mines been 4 months instead but I’m only 13 years olf

      Thank you so much for sharing this, I'm going through the same thing and am devastated to start from scratch after I was doing so great with lifting. It has been hard to find motivation band feel like I can come back from this at 43, as silly as I know that is. Of course I'll be in fitness all of my life, I've just hit a really tough patch. I will give this a try and stick with it!

      I’ve tried this Quadrados lumbordam stretch using my right leg, it gives me relief and i can feel deep down to my lower back pain (it feels like heaven even it’s quite painful)

    Glad I found these stretches for my upper and lower back due to scoliosis and an old broken bone close to the tail bone on the left side. I’ve been doing other stretches for a couple of years they help but due to being busy I need to get back in doing them. I am 65 years old. I’m still moving thank God, I’ll keep you posted as to how these stretches are helping me. I did some and it helped my lower back. I’ll give you a little history of how I hurt my back. In 1980 I started working in a nursing home and after a couple of months I lifted a debt weight patient, and they never taught us to do body mechanics as hard to lift them from the bed to the wheelchair. When I lifted that elderly person, I heard a crack in my back and didn’t even know I had hurt my back. I went to go get help to place in the wheelchair and for a year I kept them working there. Till I started working in the hospital and met my deductible. That’s when I saw my neurologist, he’s the one that diagnosed me with scoliosis and the old broken bone did some therapy, but didn’t work. Last thing he wanted to do is to cut me open and put two steel rods in my back. I said no way I just kept doing lower exercises. Thank God to Border Therapy Services where they taught me how to do lower and upper exercises and for sciatica. Thanks a bunch for your stretches, like I said I’ll keep you posted. 😊👍

    5:40” I did this stretch and I kid you not 20 mins later my back pain disappeared iv had back pain since I was 13 years old I’m 18 now. I injured my back on top of the pain and I was given a brace for my whole torso making my posture better was the doctors answer to my back pain I wore it for about a month and nothing I been struggling with back pain many years and I now swear by this stretch I do it as soon as I feel any pain in my lower back and the relief lasts 2 full days and then I repeat this is legitimately the best thing that I ever found thank you

    I’ve had lower back pain for a while due to living a sedentary lifestyle, I’m trying to improve my overall health but my lower back pain limited me on what I could do. I did the stretches in the video and I got instant relief, and I was able to actually stand up straight something I couldn’t do for years! Thank you so much, I plan on doing these stretches when I wake up and when I go to bed.

      @@frlzrexy3393 The only thing I can advise you is to go to a doctor and get a prescription for painkillers, I take them before workouts and games and they usually help me. obviously you cannot take them constantly and without the indications given by a professional, moreover without the right stretch they will not do that much. I would like to say that my pain is absolutely not gone, since I have not stopped doing sport, so I recommend that you rest for a while, I think it is the best thing to do.
      Ps: health care in Italy is free but I don't know if it is in your country, so if you are a minor, please discuss this with your family first XOXO

    I think the exercises you've showed will help me a lot in my present condition. I have accentuated lumbar lordosis but along with I have paralyzed lower extremities thus I am having PT sessions to be able to sit down, stand up & walk.     Wow!! I pulled my back a fortnight ago (I have an old injury from 8 years ago which flares up now and then) and have been in agony...have been doing some lower back exercises from You Tube which I've done before but this time they're not helping.
    Yesterday morning I click on You Tube and your video was at the top...so glad I clicked on it! I did the exercises yesterday and was surprised at how well they worked. Done them again this morning and I feel great with minimal pain and stiffness! Definitely my go-to from now on! Thank you so much!! 😃

    I really really appreciate 👍 you sir . I'm 23 year old now I have lower back pain down to the leg since two year but after I going to the doctor he advice me a lot of test after I have done an MRI on April 2020 he said that I have a bulging disc l4/l5 l5/S1 but the doctor suggest some exercises and medicine but the exercise suggest by the doctor doesn't help me anymore I have much tension😢 I have watched many videos exercise at the same I tried to follow it but these way also doesn't help me after I find your video by doing this I feel better now .you are a good one infront of me 👍 god continue blessing🙏 you and your family as a man like u because u give a better life among others thank you so much sir so keep it up 👍🙏🙏

    Nice! I love the video. If I found that before having an operation of my spine for lumbar stenosis, I would be fine. Hope that helps to manage the persistant, permanent pain I have been experiencing for years. Thanks for sharing.

    I've been having a horrible posture while working from home. Office chairs were comfortable and amazing but at home my chairs weren't meant for sitting continuously for 10 hours while working. My hips became painfully tight after sitting in a bad position for 5-6 months. I do the exercises mentioned in this video when my hips are very tight and painful. They relieve my pain immediately.     I legit did this for about 10 minutes and I had lower back pain that would stretch all the way down my left leg to the ankle and it would take a lot of time to sit up or sit down. That pain is basically gone. Thank you so much for this

      This is a great stretch for the lower back and glutes. If you spend alot of standing, jogging or lifting. This stretch will give you some pain relief and stiffness in the lower back.

    Excellent video for back exercises. I have seen many such videos but this one explained how to perform each stretch and it's benefits. I would highly recommend it if you suffer with back issues.

    I used to play a lot of racquetball and never stretched . Some one pointed me to these exact stretches that has been 35 years ago I do these stretches everyday . I have no pain in back or legs i’m 60 years old . These are the best stretches…. Thank you for sharing

    Day 1: Felt a great deal of relief throughout the day. My stiff back was released. My bowels emptied very quickly after doing the exercise
