*_Hello Ryan... the forest and savanna fields for grazing livestock provide a very beautiful natural panorama, plus the surrounding mountains, I like that you chose this location for your adventure... greetings from Indonesia_*👣⛰🏕💯👌👍
Glad you enjoyed 👍🏼😊

Great video Ryan. Why do you think you had no further problems with your knee?
@@alankelly349 He is indeed a great adventurer 👌👍
@@alankelly349 I’m not sure how the knee sorted itself out. I first had the pain on day 7 and took to day 29 to go away. I just tried to manage it on trail with a knee support and making good use of my hiking poles on the climbs and decents. It never got really bad just a bit painful on a couple of days. I guess it just fixed itself over a few weeks. I always find the first few weeks of a thru-hike you get some niggles, as the body adjusts to the demands of a thru-hike. After a month my body felt good and it just dealt with everything I chucked at it 😊 one reason im doing these big hikes whilst im in my 30’s as I guess they will get harder as I age. Hopefully im hiking well into my retirement though 😊
Hi Ryan, loving these HexaTrek videos, so insightful and quite relaxing too… do you happen to have an instagram you share? Would love to keep up with the adventures on a platform I’m more regular on ? :)
I’m glad you’re enjoying my Hexatrek vlogs Clara, appreciate the feedback. It was quite the adventure. The only social media I do is my UA-cam channel and I upload all my activities (and some photos and videos sometimes) onto my Strava account. You will have to pop back here every now and again to see what I’m up to 😊
