    Ali, this was a great lesson. Having a student actively learning while you give instruction is not only interesting to watch, but benefits the viewers. More of these!!!!!

    6mins in, i'm already impressed with the coach. ACTUALLY asking feedback from the student about how it would feel and having the patience to listen. Most of the coach i have been would just scuff it off as me making excuses.

    Great video Ali, just what I needed. I had one of those do I quit golf moments this weekend, I’ll be sure to try some of these tweaks tomorrow

    Thanks for this video! Really helped me understand my fade better. Through other videos of yours I’ve dramatically reduced my former slice into a fade and even an occasional (and intentional) draw.

    Great tennis swing analogy. I’ll be trying these techniques tomorrow.

    OMG. Thanks for letting me see a left handed person play right handed! I'm left handed, and was basically forced to play right handed, and have had to work through these same issues on my own. Thanks!!

    Interesting. I would assume you’d talk about an inside out swing path instead of keeping the outside in path and working on closing the face. What’s the reasoning behind that?

    • @AliTaylorGolf
      @AliTaylorGolf  Рік тому +1

      Got to do the face first, golfers can't do both things at once.

    Would a driver with an offset face assist?

  • @tompem

    Since he is a good lefty in tennis, I would first want to know what his stronger shot is. If it was his backhand, I would keep him righty in golf. But if his naturally stronger tennis shot is his forehand, and that is true for the vast majority of players, I would want to have him swing using that natural motion and get him swinging lefty.

    Wait...is he left or right handed (golf swing wise).
