This is Adam. WOWZER! Yes, I did fly across the pond for this lesson, and you can all see the results. My game has improved immeasurably, which I still think is a miracle. Danny is by far the best golf instructor and coach on the planet. Thanks to the entire team, with a shout out to Laura and Leo.

These few minutes were not only heart warming, in as little time as I took to watch it, I had very similar results - only I went from grounding half my shots to sending them higher and farther. I went out and had an ‘Adam moment’ in my own yard with practice balls. Was grinning like a Cheshire cat. Took it to the range today and carried around 125-140 yards when I was only managing 85-100 before. Yep, I’m saying it… Wowzer!

I'm in the same boat as you mate.
I picked up a golf club for the very time in April aged 40 and Danny's videos have helped alot
Ive only ever played on my local 9 hole par 3 course but my game is improving
      First time I went I shot a 68 (+41)
My 8th visit to the course I shot 42 (+15) so in 8 visits to the course I have knocked off 26 shots
Last week I went and played the 1st 4 holes the best I've ever played them, 4-3-4-4 (1st time I was 8-9-6-7)
I was got abit to giddy about breaking my best score again and it went to my head I think because I played the next 5 holes absolutely atrocious and couldnt hit the golf ball to save myself and ended up shooting 48 (+21) which was a stark reminder that golf is actually really hard and go downwards very fast

Shaun, that’s golf to a tee. Just when you think ah ha I’ve got it, it hits back and teaches you a lesson. For me it’s the over the top swing throwing the arms at the ball rather than swinging the club. I’ve yet to break 90 in a round yet my eclectic scores for the courses I play are +2 and +7.
Removing that one bad shot and more importantly one that becomes three bad shots is critical

As an baseball & volleyball coach of elite athletes over the past 5 decades, the thing that I appreciate the most however, was your work with Pete Cowan. An elite coach never stops learning! I'm approaching 75 years and I have learned more about my sports in the last 10 years than in the previous 65! What separates you from all the other golf instructors is your willingness to expose yourself to new ideas. This takes a great deal of humility and to lay yourself open to the reality that learning is a constant and one is never too young or old to learn. Continued success in motivating your students, of which I'm one, to learn more about this awesome sport. Blessings from Toronto, Canada!

First I want to repeat that this is the best video I've ever watched regarding the golf swing. I'm super happy for Adam who caught on very quickly and saw results that could only inspire confidence, and quite likely more improvement.
I watched this video at least ten times. I even cast it to my bigscreen TV and watched it with my wife.
For me there's no hope. I walked off the last hole today, mumbling about never picking up my clubs again.
I had my left hip replaced a few months ago, and I feel like a new man. I don't have any more pain when walking, and go up and down stairs like I did fifteen years ago. The doctor gave me the OK to start golfing again with no restrictions. I couldn't wait to get out and see how much improved my game would be.
I guess I developed some bad habits while trying to cope with the pain prior to surgery, and now I just can't find a way to hit the ball with any consistency. I know I should probably go get lessons from a Pro, but I'm sure, and I hope I'm not the only one, that feels like it's going to be back to basics, and human nature fights changing something that you think you know how to do.
Adam - at 86 - is twelve years older than me, and is living proof that you can teach and old dog new tricks. I just need to make up my mind to spend the money and take the time , and find out if I have a good golf game waiting to get out.

I have been watching a lot of golf tuition UA-cam videos, trying to get myself in the mindset to improve my basics to take down to the range but i must say, your video is BY FAR, the best out there for such a simple technique that adds tangible distance. I love it and can't wait to put it into action. Thank you Danny

Hi Danny, I just watched three of your videos for the first time helping the young man out of the trap your chipping video and the driving video with the older man I am amazed I couldn’t help but laughing watching the old man’s expressions, and I love the way you teach I have subscribed to your lessons . you have given me a life young man I’m in my late 60s and I can’t turn the way I used to but watching that driving video. Just made a lot of sense. Thanks so much.

Danny & Adam , thank you so much for the video. I am in my 70s and struggle with distance. After watching your video 4 times over the weekend and practicing my swing with my old " Speed Swoosh ) I took my new swing to the course. Before teeing off I did the drill practice swing and then teed off. My first drive was 186 10 yards further than my mormal drive . I then really focused on getting my right pocket behind me. My longest drive today 222 and 200 on the last hole # 18. I recorded (net) 6 birdies, 9 pars 3 boggies for a net 72 , handicap 16. course Par 72 forward tees 5217 yds. On a couple of shots to the green I actually was over the green. I had to adjust my distance. So the swing is also for irons and fairways. What I learned today, I have been watching a lot of youtube videos on golf instruction, keep your elbow in tight, more presure on the front foot, palm up , elbow toward the target on and on. Today I relaxed, took my practice swings then focused on turning my core & ( right pocket) ( throwing the club), I was not using a check list in my head. I can't wait for my next round. I did notice that a couple of my drives would curve to the right ( over the top ) losing some distance. I have saved the video to my Favorites so I can review it again & again. Thank You ( US Southern Calif. )

As a 60 year old man myself I truly appreciate the gratitude the elderly gentleman felt. Thank God I've been fortunate to have good genes and feel and look like I'm 40 but I know one day it's going to catch up with me. I've noticed my flexibility slipping some but I'm able to overcome that with stretching exercising. I played yesterday with my youngest brother who's 56. I hit two drives that went over 300 yards and shot 75 on 18 holes. When i was 35 i could do that all day long and turned in some sub par rounds on a regular basis. I could feel this man's excitement and joy. His self worth just jumped a 100 fold. You still have my friend. Keep stretching and flexing your muscles. stretching and strength training will help him more than anything else.

I applaud you Danny and as long as I play, I’ll be watching your videos from Kansas 👍🏼

I have to say this even if this is an older vidéo. Thank you for the tips.
Ive been back at golf after a decade off because i had my kids, raised my familly. And simve ive been back, i started watching vidéos and trying to get better.
This vidéo completely changed my drive hahahaha
I have been driving at aroung 230/250 total yards for the past year or 2. And was feeling ok with it, but last night, after watching this, i went to the interior range and tried this out. I have been BOMBING my drives all night! 280/290 yards all night!
My last drive of the night, i hit à 284 carry, For a 302 yard total distance!
That whip effect really made my drive explode!
So again, thanks for the cool simplified take on tips and tricks
