Not sure where in Colorado you are, but if you're near Denver you should check out Nooch Vegan Market! They have some products I haven't seen anywhere else and fairly often there's a vegan food truck parked out front.

Try the za'atar on trader Joes garlic flatbread! I spread the almond oil country crock on the flatbread then sprinkle the za'atar and pop it in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes. It's delicious. Also excellent to then dip said bread in hummus.
Only works if you aren't gluten free though as tj flatbread isn't gluten free.

Also, I would have never though of boiling bean sprouts! I know I probably shouldn't but I only eat them raw - so crunchy and fresh!
Bean sprouts can definitely be eaten raw! Have you checked asian (korean) markets for gochujang? I've only ever noticed it in normal condiment sized bottles.

I like the way you cook...for the tofu you may try with onion powder, garlic powder, soy sauce and instead of oil. just add rice vinegar, marinate and then airy - soo good. Thanks for sharing what you cook and eat...

I have never been a fan since it has this "Beyond" aftertaste but I have seen Mark from Sauce Stache try the reformulated one recently and it seems it is better than the previous one. If you did - share your thoughts please! If not, still tell us what you think but when you manage to test it :D

Your sushi rolls looked sooooo good. We used to be able to buy pkg vegan sushi at a store near us, but they stopped making the vegan ones ☹️. Now I want to make my own.

Is the kroger mayo good? I have found nothing that conpares to vegenaise, but it is super expensive.
Love this. My only criticism is, those are sweet grape tomatoes, not cherry tomatoes. The prior are sweeter, softer, while the latter are tart, very acidic, and hard.
