    I haven"t eaten meat for 43 years but I have included fish and eggs some years back.....all my food is organic....I eat fresh fruits and many variety of nuts and seeds (never peanuts)properly roasted chlorella moringa (dry leaves) into my smoothie with unsweeted almond milk for breakfast then I have lunch at aroun 3pm comprised of 4 different vedetables mostly steamed with sprouts (I make myself) and steamed
    mackarel or boiled eggs or salmon or shellfish and nothing else until the next day.....I drink lemon water when I rise... green tea mid morning and afternoon tea with spices ginger curcuma and honey.....If I feel peckish I will have a sheet of roasted nori or a fruit....in the morning before breskfast I do yoga and around 7pm I will exercise for about 1 hour (in front of the mirror as it gives me more stamina watching the muscles move up and down) then shower and relax with indian flute music before bed
    ...I do not watch tv regularly only occasionally....avoid all violent movies ..I follow this routine already many years....I am 69 never ever fall ill not even during c..... and not v.......... I have more stamina than my 27 year old niece who drives while I cycled all my life ......traveled south east asia for 30 years and now with the relaxed travel conditions I booked a flight for India....lifestyle is also important.....the real investment one can make is in own health not in the bank 😉😅 Iam petite in size and weight 43kg

    In India we have so much beans (dal), various types. We regular cooking dal But I don't like it. Now I definitely eat dal(beans) for collagen. 😅

      Nonsense. Beans are full of antinutrients and have 0 collagen. Only animal products have collagen. Beans have some amino acids but are you absorbing them properly to make collagen? Animal products have them all.

      Well said. Thank you. While some people look amazing in their older age (past 70), ALL will be showing signs that they are no longer young. Cosmetic industry absolutely thrives on the ego trip of people who want to regain that young look. Many times this is futile, mostly comical, can be very expensive but is usually quite sad. Accept who you are, adjust, be happy that you have reached the old age. Many are denied that privilege.
      P.S. Avoid smoking like a plague, recreational drugs (they can be deadly), alcohol (it's a big deceiver), living beyond your your means (you will crumble under the

      True. However if you stay hydrated. And out of the sun. Plus eat foods Every day. With A. C and E. Your skin will appear revitalised. So wrinkles are less noticeable. They're Still there. But because. Eye's. Hair And skin have been well looked after. You look And feel so much better. If I Mahe carrot and coriander soup. Eat it for two days. With a big vitamin C boosting drink. Of orange. Lemon. Watermelon etc. My skin glows. Also a clean Liver is important or these foods won't work that well on the skin

    A friend of mine used to eat red meat like an African wild big cat, a few years back she was hospitalized, according to her doctor she could have died in the next few years due to too much beef consumption not only that but the woman looks extremely old for her age. I'll get my collagen from other sources.

      Too much of anything even the healthiest is never good for anyone. And let's not forget that meat is loaded with hormones, chemicals, and antibiotics. Therefore organic meat if possible or a small quantity in a meal with lots of greens and other antioxidants.

    Im not a vegan. Im not even a vegetarian. But here in Australia a news report stated that their was a rise in bowel cancer in older people, which was attributed to red meat consumption and, even moreso, processed meats such as ham & salami.

    Please add some more vegetarian oprions and vegan options. it's very hard for vegetarian and vegan options. we can eat dairy, lentils, beans, berries, dark leafy greens, etc... but, that is about it

    I eat these types alot but unfortunately i have lots of wrinkles around my eyes and forehead and also around my lips smile lines so it means it doesn't effect at all. even my age is not high I'm only 25.

    I've been a pescatarian for many years so I would avoid chicken and beef and also dairy because I'm lactose-intolerant but as far as the other foods go I eat them a lot.I truly cringed at the description of the bone broth.

    You are talking so much but you are not telling anything to us, the food you recommended are all common food which almost most people consumed daily .Look at the US and the west, they consumed mostly all the food you are talking about but these continent peoples grow old the fastest and with lots of wrinkles.
