I haven"t eaten meat for 43 years but I have included fish and eggs some years back.....all my food is organic....I eat fresh fruits and many variety of nuts and seeds (never peanuts)properly roasted chlorella moringa (dry leaves) into my smoothie with unsweeted almond milk for breakfast then I have lunch at aroun 3pm comprised of 4 different vedetables mostly steamed with sprouts (I make myself) and steamed mackarel or boiled eggs or salmon or shellfish and nothing else until the next day.....I drink lemon water when I rise... green tea mid morning and afternoon tea with spices ginger curcuma and honey.....If I feel peckish I will have a sheet of roasted nori or a fruit....in the morning before breskfast I do yoga and around 7pm I will exercise for about 1 hour (in front of the mirror as it gives me more stamina watching the muscles move up and down) then shower and relax with indian flute music before bed ...I do not watch tv regularly only occasionally....avoid all violent movies ..I follow this routine already many years....I am 69 never ever fall ill not even during c..... and not v.......... I have more stamina than my 27 year old niece who drives while I cycled all my life ......traveled south east asia for 30 years and now with the relaxed travel conditions I booked a flight for India....lifestyle is also important.....the real investment one can make is in own health not in the bank 😉😅 Iam petite in size and weight 43kg

If you are vegan, you will lack of B12 a very important vitamin only found in red meat. Being vegan it’s not a healthy choice
