Right we can slow the process of aging and "grow old gracefully" by adopting a healthy lifestyle. Not just eating the right foods(although it's a major factor) but having a healthy mindset and positive attitude. In some cases we can reverse the process of aging once we start incorporating healthy habits after consuming acidic foods and understanding how the body works.
You can't run away from aging and you can't stay without eating any of the mentioned food. Sometimes those who eat such good look younger than those who don't. The secret is to do exercises 💪
Great advice, also agree with Hi-lifemusic opinion that exercise is key . My opinion only, as got onto middle age and stayed motivated to exercise, I would be one to agree with the video that what one eats consistently is going to be a big factor with age and everything because diet becomes part of the.blood and the important nutrients that fight sickness and enhance energy and cell rebuilding. Also not saying don't have a burger, pizza , ice cream etc. Once in a while, but let's face it we all know chemicals used in food processing cause cancer and other problems . I don't drink and don't eat processed meat either, I do get dairy products but not regularly, I give breaks of a week or so. I've noticed that after quitting sugar, white bread, buns, potato based snacks like fries etc., sugary drinks and fruits like mangoes while adding intermittent fasting since 4 and a half years adding OMAD for 2 years now along with a regular fasted cardio , I'm looking much younger than my 12 year old pics. Yes, this is true. I totally agree with you, sugar and frequent eating surely ages you and a change in lifestyle can surely improve health as well as one's appearance.

Strawberries, cherries, blackberries and plums that are red from inside, not yellow and juicy peaches are a much better option. A mix of berries, peaches, plums and cherries in cream or yogurt with some stevia is a great recipe. Mangoes are so nice tasting that even 1 mango makes a person starting to crave for more. After eating a mango, one starts craving to eat it daily, one can't stop eating it till the season ends LoL! Better to stay away from a thing that develops such a habit.
