Ok girls so... at first, I was a bit doubtful about this exercise and how efficient it was. So I decided to try by myself.
I've been doing this... well... "neck slapping" for almost one month now, only making some adjustments (I don't always pour salt in the warm water, and don't put any moisturizer before, only after the exercise), and during 3 looooong minutes (with pauses because it really sores my arms muscles).
I begin to notice a small change in my jawline, that is : it is more defined.
I must say that I also pay real attention to my eating (avoid sugar as often as possible) and lost some weight on the way. Last but not least : I do face yoga everyday.
My face has become slimmer, I feel it more firm. I'm starting to feel a bit more confident about my face shape, all in all.
I will keep on practising slapping until I'm totally satisfied with myself. I do hope that "slow and steady will win the race, eventually" !

Ladies, this method actually works! never tried it myself, but about 30 years ago I had a colleague who was about 45 at that time. Age had started to show on her face and neck ( flabbiness and all that skin sagging). Once she came back to work after her 3 week summer holiday and WOW! She looked fantastic. And her secret was this exact wt towel practice!
At that time I didn"t need it, but now.... Thank you for reminding me ! Will start today!!!

She's only in her 40's and still has her hormones. When you go into menopause your skin starts to sag because you no longer make them like you did. I want to see someone do this starting with saggy skin and the after in real time.

I’m going to try this exercise out as I have some sagging in my neck, too (I’m soon to be 63) but for those of you in this post who want smooth skin tone with few wrinkles, I recommend eating pumpkin every day. I make a pumpkin ‘custard’ similar to pie filling with less sugar and eat about 3/4 of a cup a day, every day. That and other fibrous vegetables like green beans, broccoli, sweet potatoes, and celery will give you smooth, glowing skin. I have very few wrinkles. Diet is critical for healthy, smooth skin.

I have been doing this for only about 3 days alongside a new cream I got for neck firming and WOW, I kid you not, my neck is so rejuvinated already! I stopped using the salt as I found it irritating to my skin and I really think it works great without it. The loose skin I had has drastically decreased already, not to mention my neck looks so much more hydrated and wrinkles improving already. I was skeptical but now am a believer!

After reading your comment I used my hand and did my left side for 20 seconds and it works really well! That means I can sit here and do it whenever I want and whenever I think about it. It seems to make the neck muscles tighten. Meaning it’s a stressor on the neck muscles causing them to exercise. Interesting. I taped comfortably and my fingers were form fitting to my contours. I’m so glad that I saw your comment!!!!! 😄💪❤️

Ladies! So here is why sagging needs to be addressed: it is not as much of the elasticity that’s the problem as it is the clogged lymph vessels and nodes. Explore under your chin and use your thumbs to feel the bumps and lumps. Those are the glands. I do a nice lymphatic massage when I do my skincare and it brings the fluid out of my face. You do not need hormones for this, women of all ages can do this. It’s good for your mental health too. ❤❤❤

I’ve been so down about my neckline but at 66 I thought I’d just have to suck it up and wear a scarf or a polo neck. Anyway after just these two attempts my neck and jawline feels softer and smoother and yes it’s red and stinging but in a good way. I’m definitely going to keep at this exercise ❤

She told me to wait until I met her mother....I did later that night and her skin was just as radiant and youthful as her daughters, if not more so. I had to ask their secret....they wash every day with a granular scrub, rinse, then gently slap their entire face in circular patterns for 10 to 15 minutes per day. Vital Proteins collagen supplement powder may possibly be your best friend. Also, if your skin is to stretchy and you have hypermobile joints, you should research Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
Your comment stood out to me because you’re a bit to young to worry about this yet but with your thin skin, it’s good to make sure you don’t have anything underlying that could cause you to age faster.
Regardless, collagen proteins should help with your skin’s texture. I’m 48 with both EDS and Sjögren’s syndrome (dries out everything) and Vital Proteins have made a huge difference!

If you have loose skin, that’s not gonna do anything for it. If you’re smacking this yeah it’s good to swell the surface skin and make it look more supple for short amount of time. That skin is not connected to your muscle. So there is no way to tighten skin that is flabby. So yeah, you can temporary fix it by swelling the skin to puff it out so it doesn’t look saggy. That is not a fix. But hey, a temporary fix is better than no fix it all right. Anyway, I enjoy the video. Just put again my comment as I’ve worked with plastic surgeons and I understand the elasticity of the skin.

Tallow balm. I make mine with tallow and jojoba oil. Both are similar to our flesh/oils so it absorbs deeply into the skin. The tallow alone could be used. From grocery store or etsy for a small amount. I wash my face with the oil cleansing method and moisturize with tallow after (neck included). You can wash your face/neck with oil of choice (olive, avocado, etc) + castor oil 50/50. Don't use seed oils. They're toxic to ingest and you shouldn't put anything on your skin/hair that you can't eat.

You can do this with any part of the skin that needs more circulation and firming effect.

Would you do this the same way on the face? (around the mouth & cheeks specifically) 🤔

I can't believe I'm outing myself but.......I shave my face and neck with a men's razor a few times a week. Did you ever notice that men who shave consistently don't wrinkle like women do? It's because the razor activates collagen. My make up goes on so smooth and I never have dry patches like I used to. And....no.....the hair doesn't come back thicker.

I just use scrubbing myself, toner and moisturiser. Its exfoliating and stimulating circulation.

This sounds really interesting and doable. Curious what kind of creme to use? Also how often should this be done? So if we are hypothyroid a dr should be consulted? Thank you
