Me too. I had a cervical spinal fusion a month ago, so can only do low impact and light weights for awhile. No overhead weights or plank moves, but I sub where I need to. Very excited to see this! Hope you have some band workouts!☺️

Im doing this in 2025! I originally did the first few videos cause I'm recovering from being sick and didn't want to jump, but now I'm just continuing the whole program cause it's absolutely kicking my butt!! Cant want to start your newest program Heather, but I'm enjoying this for now 😊❤
I agree, I love Heather’s low impact workouts. I get just as good of a workout as the cardio workout. I use to go to the gym I don’t anymore im with Heather since last year March. Heather is amazing!
thats true! we get to choose heavier weights when it is low impact! my weak knees are finally happy. :) i'm also modifying the lunges sometimes. i do deadlift instead of lunges whenever my knees cry. haha.
Some of us need verbal instruction, reminding us to keep our shoulders down, how far apart our feet should be...That is why I find these kinds of workouts hard to follow and why I would give them a thumbs down. Can't speak for anyone else.
After battling anxiety and depression that barely gets me out of the house because I feel fat and insecure, I decided to do something about it and today I completed Day 1 of the 6-week program! It was torture in the best way possible. I was sweating buckets, had to pause it like a gazillion times, had to do some modifications (especially for the plank tap combo), and was cursing you in my head for making this program hard and full of lunges - but I DID IT! I finished Day One and even got a friend (who is in a similar scenario as me) to join me for Day 2! I can't wait. Thank you so much for this content! It makes it easy for those of us too embarrassed to go to the gym or a fitness class. I literally felt I got the exact same experience, better quality, and was able to pause it, catch my breath, drink water as often as I needed to without missing out or having people stare at the unfit fat girl. You rock!

Would absolutely love to see a low impact program 2.0 and further.. I hurt myself last year, and this program was my way back into resistance training💜 I’m doing my second cycle through this program with upped weights, and wondering what to do next. My body responds a lot better to low impact! Low impact is also really popular right now in the fitness world.. think about it Heather😉😉
This year, my goal is to be stronger to work longer and more effectively on my homestead! Lots of animals, lots of lifting, lots of work! I’m disabled, and have a connective tissue disorder that causes my joints to dislocate and I have multiple labral tears in both hips and most likely damage in my left shoulder. I’m feeling discouraged by how much my body struggled during this workout, but I promised to finish till the end, even if I had to modify some of the exercises! Scared for the next couple weeks, but looking forward to a new me! I could use all the encouragement I can get! 💙

I wanted to do the new 12 week workout but was scared because of my bad knee. So opted to “ease” into working out again with this 6 week program then start the 12 week after. This kicked my butt! I’ve never swear so much in my life!

Here I am. I love all that workouts that are plenty of jumps, HIIT, etc that make you sweat and pray for the end. But my favourite are the low impact ones. I am a bit obssessd with form and to obtein the maximum of every single exercise, so this kind of workouts are perfect to nourish my obsseion. Thank you Heather, for another amazing series. 💪❤💪
on days when you don’t feel like to workout, “low impact” workout give an impression of an easier and lighter option. damn, not only it got me moving, and i feel great that conquered it with such intensity. my favourite are alway those with dumbbells and kettlebell regards of their intensity level. thank you!

I’m a mother of two, 48 years old, a burnt out critical care nurse with a hip injury. Just finished DONE AND DONE ✅...I just finished your 12 week program and although I got through it sometimes the jumping irritated my lower back, so this is made just for me and I APPRECIATE YOU!!! This definitely was not low intensity and I loved it! Burned 300 calories sweating and feeling good! Thanks Heather!!!

I agree with Sarah 100% Heather truly is the gift that keeps on giving! We are so blessed to have her! I am so excited to start this 6 weeks program and today's workout was so just perfect! Low Impact but definitely a sweat session. I appreciate how Heather always incorporate some some of cardio into her strength workouts. Active cal 250. Thank you Heather!

Just finished DONE AND DONE ✅...I just finished your 12 week program and although I got through it sometimes the jumping irritated my lower back, so this is made just for me and I APPRECIATE YOU!!! This definitely was not low intensity and I loved it! Burned 300 calories sweating and feeling good! Thanks Heather!!!

I found out my constant pain was due to a heel spur and I had been doing HIT like nothing :c I was looking for a low impact calendar because I need structure in my life otherwise I don't do anything. So here I am, so thankful and happy for having found you. Thank you so much!
