    Love it Helen. I’m 72 and find it so calming being slow but really stretches you out. Live in Uk and do many of your classes thank you

    This is just what I needed after not exercising for 2 weeks due to the winter blues/doldrums. I got back to it today and already feel better. Thank you Heather the feather. You are like my reliable best friend....always there when I need you and even when I don’t think I need you but really do! 🥰

    I really appreciated how short and intense this workout was. Workouts like these are by far my favourite ones by you, Heather. A workout of more than 30 minutes is a little too challenging for me, so these are the best for my fitness level. I hope there will be many more like this one. Thanks for all your phenomenal work, Heather!

    Thank you for these amazing workouts! I’m a homeschool mom of four and have done beach body on demand and got so bored of their workouts, but you give hope that I can get stronger and see changes that I want! Thanks so much for posting!!🙌🏻💪🏻

    Hey team! I know the timer is missing in this one sorry! I made a small error when editing and didn't realize until after I published ooops! Hopefully you are able to still follow along and listen for the countdown timer :) And remember - if you want to increase the intensity of this workout you can always add dumbbells, resistance bands or ankle weights for an added challenge!

    Hi heather! I've just completed this workout for 6 weeks- Low Impact Program. I live in a city with high altitude so I believe I might repeat the Low Impact Program twice before I move on to other programs. I love this, it is so effective and I feel great energy afterward.     Thanks Heather, I'm 59 years old and for the first time in my life I'm getting cellulite on my inner thighs. I'm a runner so I was always lucky when I was younger. Gonna do them later this evening after work. Thanks again!!

    Great workout as always Heather. About 6 months ago you did a 7 day challenge. I have done back and done these workouts several times. Would LOVE for another 7 day challenge some time in the future.

    Love this one! Gotta be one of fav thigh workouts. I dont do a whole lot of targeted inner thigh work, this was a perfect balance!
    I can survive w/o the time, but oooo man it would be nice to have it back.

    Ah it's so nice to see a shorter workout this week. I love all your workouts but when sleep deprived a shorter workout is welcome (Mondays 1hour and 10 minutes was a struggle). Thank you 💜💙💖
