I really appreciated how short and intense this workout was. Workouts like these are by far my favourite ones by you, Heather. A workout of more than 30 minutes is a little too challenging for me, so these are the best for my fitness level. I hope there will be many more like this one. Hopefully you are able to still follow along and listen for the countdown timer :) And remember - if you want to increase the intensity of this workout you can always add dumbbells, resistance bands or ankle weights for an added challenge!

I live in a city with high altitude so I believe I might repeat the Low Impact Program twice before I move on to other programs. I love this, it is so effective and I feel great energy afterward. Your workouts are amazing Heather!! Could you please post a lower body workout in the order that we follow in a gym (squats,lunges,leg press, abduction etc) and perform them in sets instead of circuits? 💗
Love this one! Gotta be one of fav thigh workouts. I dont do a whole lot of targeted inner thigh work, this was a perfect balance! I can survive w/o the time, but oooo man it would be nice to have it back.

I’ve injured my back slightly and needed a low impact work out to focus on another part of my body while my back recovers. This was perfect for what I needed. Thank you 🙏🏻
