  • Hi, y’all! I hope you enjoy this video of how to get several colors in one mold. I did different molds to show how it looks in a couple of shapes. I’ve listed everything I used below.
Here’s a new customer referral code for $5 off your order on Fran’s site: i.refs.cc/Fkm1M.... Or, use the code at the top of her page for 10% off if it works better for you. For Simple Beginnings, use the code NEWCOMER for 10% off. Some colors go in and out of stock. Be sure to sign up for stock alerts! Here's a referral link to GlitterCraze: glittercraze.c...

The molds I used came from Aliexpress, Frans, and etsy (the shop is no longer active so i linked a search):

Just long enough for the previous layer to not move. Timing will depend on the epoxy and working conditions. I’d say majority of my regular epoxies probably set up pretty good at about 30 minutes.

Which paint can I mix in with the resin and roughly how much? I have a family of Seahorses, Turtles, Starfishes, Seagrass, Seaweed, Seashells, Dolphins silicone molds. So EXCITED! This must be so cathartic for you. I love the realness in your creations. I know I have said that before. The more polished to shine videos are nice. They are. But it is so amazing to have people that converse friendly "today's events in my life" versus just the professional do this do that. It creates a sense of virtual connection with us as humans who make our own whoopsies, our "oh, well that's not doing what I thought," and "hey, guess what I did today!" In these weird days of quarantine and COVID-19, it's comforting.

The Purple Stitch so what I do is I mix everything I need for the project because it’s got 8 hours before it starts to set so your saying make it in smaller batches and pour in layers because if I were do mix it all at once it would be useless even if I did layer it because it’s all setting at the same time but if I make little amounts it should be easier because I am pouring colour into something that’s already more thick and set up?
