    Lol, I giggled when you said you didn't know if they were glass or stones...you don't make them! Fair enough 😁
    And again when you unmolded the singular crystals.
    Cute look 😍

    Very cool idea! I love the strings of points with the AB finish. I know they're fake, but they're still pretty.

    Beautiful mold! I'd like to see you make some crystal points that are gradiated colors. I would even attempt to dust that mold with a holographic powder. That would be cool!

    Resin is tough stuff! I have a dremel but don't use it as its pretty intimidating, use a electric nail file instead. Looks like i'll need to start using the dremel. You are so talented and have a darling personality. I'm always looking for your tutorials as I've learned a lot especially using the torch and different weights of colors in resin getting my cells. Thanks so much.

    IF THAT MOLD IS USED FOR BAKING...YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO USE
    A QUICK RUN OVER WITH HEAT SOURCE?

    • @MoonkusserArt
      @MoonkusserArt  2 роки тому

      I have ruined molds of this type before from heating the resin so now I avoid it at all costs.

    Maybe use glue un to place them first?

  • @validwithoutphoto1389
    @validwithoutphoto1389 2 роки тому

    Next time maybe try to put the crystals first with UV resin that way you can put them where you want instead of making them rest on each other. Or wait till the bottom resin is cured and add the points with Uv ? UV is such a great glue without being glue lol EDIT I said this before waiting till end. But ya I feel like the UV resin would make everything easier. I’ve always wanted a good crystal mold they are super expensive.. the red made me click ❤️

    • @MoonkusserArt
      @MoonkusserArt  2 роки тому

      After I completed this project I ordered some UV Resin & light to fiddle around with a bit and ended up returning it. It remained slightly soft & sticky. I returned my order. The UV smelled awful too. The hot glue will work for me until something else comes along. 😁

    • @validwithoutphoto1389
      @validwithoutphoto1389 2 роки тому

      @@MoonkusserArt ya it takes time to learn the UV with some tricks and a good light. And some people can’t handle the smell. Well at least you tries it now you know. Still beautiful!
