    Pour the silicone from a height and in a thin stream and you’ll have fewer bubbles

      @@SeriouslyCreative hello, I'm new to the resin crafts and I was wondering if there is a specified temperature to prepare the resin before/during/after mixing the resin and hardner?

      @@golibedike7520 Usually room temperature is enough, but the exact range is usually specified in the resin's instruction's booklet or box. The general rule of thumb is that higher temperatures increase the curing speed (decrease the work time) while lower temperatures decrease it (increase the work time).

      This was great, I been tryin to find out about "wax melt molds walmart" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Peyaniel Psychological Predominance - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is a good one off product for discovering the trick to be a candle maker for profit without the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my buddy got amazing results with it.

    Very informative!! I'm a senior widow and I wanted to make a mold for small fabric bolts for my quilting fabrics. I've also been playing around with resin and it's a lot of fun. I've been too intimidated to try to make a mold myself but your video has made it look so easy. I'm excited now and can't wait to start my project. Thank you and God bless you 🙏

    Thank you for the tutorial, I bought some skull shot glasses as my daughter wanted 12 of them all different colored. This is exactly the tutorial I needed as I had no idea what to make the mold in. Cardboard covered in packing tape will be perfect. Thank you again 🌹

    I've been wanting to make my own mold for a while but all the people I know told me to just buy a premade mold from someone.. Or them. Think they were just after money lol. But this was a great tutorial on how to make molds yourself, and I will definitely be trying this at home, soon!

      Premade molds are great if you need a specific shape or you're after a simple basic shape. Making your own is good for creating things you can't get anywhere else

    A few days ago I went to the beach and found a rock and a stick and the rock looked like it would fit into the stick perfectly as a gemstone of resin and so I searched every where to get a mold but I couldn't until I found this video which was very informative so Thank you

    Thanks so much for this video. I have watched many videos on you UA-cam about silicone mould making, and this one is probably my favourite so far. Thank you for taking the time out to make this for us. I am also an Aussie, so I also appreciate the accent. I have also used Pinkysil in the past with great results, but I find it quite expensive. I would greatly appreciate any advice on alternative products. TIA.

      Thanks so much for the kind feedback! I don't know of any alternatives currently because im happy with pinkisil, i usually just wait for them to put it on sale 😊

    Great video/tutorial! Can I use Clear Adhesive Vinyl Laminate to stick the item instead of plastic? I’ve seen ppl use double-sided tape or a hot glue gun to adhere items so there’s no seepage underneath the item. Thanks!
