The entire setup looks remarkably similar to the 21' blue Hawaiian I used to have (motor has same parts, MSD ignition, headers, high rise intake, dual quads, braided hoses, mine just didn't have a blower on top, and rather a very tall paint-matched ram scoop). It was a 472/473cci Ford; 73mph on gps.
Believe me, it's just about as much fun on the water at this hp level as on the street or dirt. Had a few jet boats over the years, very good memories.

Sorry I'm no expert, what is the second pulley on the blower for? Just a tensioner?

Belts get tighter as they heat up. They typically run somewhat loose cold.
