Anyone can own a hospital but u need a full time doctor to head it.

I have no background in medical field, but I want to start a medical consultation clinic in a shop space that I own. I will run it on contractual basis with doctors, where I will provide the space & they will be the practicing doctors here. In this case, do I need a mandatory medical degree or any mandatory registration which requires a medical degree??
