    1:05:50 Cleaning a copper bottle daily is quite challenging, an unclean bottle creates rust which is harmful hence it's better to use copper plates and kept in a water container overnight will create larger volume of charged water and easy to clean daily.

    • @rajeshkhanna-q3b
      @rajeshkhanna-q3b Місяць тому +3

      It's not rust . It's copper oxide due to the process of oxidation.
      Cleaning copper bottle is very easy. Use the left over of fresh lemon and shake the bottle . The more the quantity of the peels the better it is.
      If you use a full lemon with it's juice it gets cleaned even faster. However left overs are sufficient.
      If the oxidation is high, leave the bottle filled with peels for more days or till the bottle is new .

    From what Dr said about soaking (although this was ref to fermentation), does it also follow that when we soak some of the higher protein sources mentioned, such as Rajma and Channa, really just to soften and reduce cooking time - that it too should be soaked in a clay/mud pot and not a stainless steel pot (overnight before cooking)?
    Or an alternative? Because many of us are trying to have less preserved / canned legumes.

    I have questions for more information.. If Millet is so nature friendly and healthy then how come rice and wheat became so popular. (2) Is ancient India preferred Millet over rice and weath, was it limited to south or all over India used to prefer??

    Most complete guide for what food human should eat, Sir, has deciphered what human anatomy needs and what should be avoided. His simplicity of words and authority on subject ,shows his integrity and commitment for mankind. We humans have been hijacked in mind, now to come out of this evil system at societal scale needs revolution at biblical proportion. These corporate greed post industrial revolution has an intentional decimation where physical and emotional suffering looks induced .
    Absolute eye opener provided the mass follows it ,ofcourse it should start from individual .
