Another awesome video! I gained 6mph with the drill, from 98 to 104mph. I want more! I would love to win one of the free lessons, and even more to get a swing analysis with the software that you use! :-)
GREAT video guys! Unreal value and am so proud to learn from you guys and call you friends! I TOTALLY feel the Speed Booster as well- WOW This is nuts. I appreciate the sneak peek of the drill by the way- I put it to work yesterday and it's crazy how good it feels. I don't know/can't track how many MPHs I've gained, but let's just say it was an OBVIOUS improvement! Thanks guys!
You guys proved that it doesn't take a treatise to make a very effective point... this drill is the icing on the cake of great videos you produce. OK, so I'm home and felt compelled to try the drill. Opened the garage door, set down a towel on the driveway and teed-up a whiffle golf ball. I instantly felt a great hip turn follow through and the balls were effortlessly escaping the force of gravity. Played yesterday and wish I had viewed this info then; but out again tomorrow and looking ahead at using this as my pre-swing warmup. I'm 72 and driver average is 240. Also did drill with 5 iron just for fun. THIS DRILL CREATES ATHLETIC MOTION WITHOUT THINKING. Thanks for all of your time and effort in what is, to me, the best golf instruction available. Best to you -- and keep up the great work.
Really cool video. I’ve watched your channel for several years and have worked to incorporate the drills. I really love the Pro v Am comparisons as they really help me focus on the right “feels” that make a difference in my swing. Keep doing what you guys do!
Shaun & Mike - Thank you both , the 1.25 inch bump into the right side has worked wonders for me. I was working on staying centered with my swing with no movement to the right ,obviously with very poor results. I’m longer and much straighter with this move. Thanks Again.
68 and rebuilding my swing. All your info has bought me back to the basics, and rotation impact and the recentering a feeling I lost a long time ago have improved. Speed is up and snapped shaft on driver near the grip when using the drill, braking the club at the left leg. Progress has been great.
Why more people have not watched this video and liked this video is beyond my comprehension. You guys have exploded over the last few years and it is well deserved and lots of hard work I would imagine.
Tried this yesterday before I teed off yesterday, and it works. Gives you a sense of freewheeling through the ball without thinking too much. A great warm up drill too. Thank for all your help with the videos you give golfers on You Tube over the years.
I can’t tell you what a difference this makes!!! Not just the extra speed but it helps me create extension in the backswing which I’ve always had trouble getting. Thanks guys !!! Best golf channel on you tube.
@@AthleticMotionGolf Using a swing caddie I’m usually around 95mph with my driver and I got it up to..........103mph!!!!!!! I thought at 50 I was going to be stuck below 100 forever!!!!!!

Thanks guys. First, I'm dealing with back issues from some of the "don'ts" you talk about. Now I know what to work on for that. Second, I added 4 mph to my swing speed with my driver by doing the Speed Booster drill. Pretty good for my first time doing it. A pleasant side effect is that I was hitting the ball straighter!
Yep. It works!!! Did it at the range today before round off the tips. I was hitting the back of the range everything I hit it straight. Then I played... awesome...did it a few times on the tee. Net 73.. gr8 I was in the $$$. Thanks guys
This 73 year old, currently locked down in the UK, can't wait to get moving with this drill. The back garden will be my driving range for the next few weeks, no balls but plenty of swings, then watch out guys, the money will be mine! Great work. My AMG membership is worth every penny, sorry, dollar.
The Speed Booster drill does help. I was able to use a Voice Caddie SC 200 today and had an average driver speed of 96 MPH on the 3 best of 5 drives before I did the drill. (67 years old) After three complete rep's of the drill, my best 3 of 5 drives averaged 99 MPH. This is a big improvement with very few reps of this drill. Thanks for this drill.
Wow- This is the “Trifecta” /It is simple/ it takes thinking out of the equation and replacing it with doing / and it works. Thanks again Mike and Shaun for sharing the “The Speed Secret”, and helping me pick up much needed speed and distance 👍.
In lockdown at the moment, love this drill as it really simplfies the transition. I am a disabled golfer and your content really gives me a great consept of the swing and I can work around it to adept to my body
Great drill, love the sensation of a free flowing faster swing through the ball. Definitely more dynamic than I was previously, which now feels kind of robotic in comparison. Love the channel and all your explanations , those Gears clips are priceless.
This is nothing short of mind blowing, how have I only just discovered AMG? Ever since I took up golf some 40 years ago I was always taught your hand speed should slowly increase to the release point, yet this and other videos of yours I have watched totally blows this theory out of the window. Had never even heard oif high hand speed before now. Many thanks.
Extremely useful info - the gears stuff really helps me understand just where my body should be and quickly identify where it has been but shouldn’t be.
I like this drill. I used to do something similar when I first started swinging the driver. I was a baseball player and it seemed natural. Many videos later on youtube and my swing got completely different and now I'm trying to get back to my natural athletic tendencies.
Great drill. I was finally able to, in the moment, differentiate added speed by using relaxed "light" muscles instead of tense rigid muscles. A real eye opener. Thanks Guys.
Wow! I've been "swinging in a barrel" for so long and have lost so much speed trying to control the clubhead...I took my new PRGR out on the deck, pushed the remaining snow away and with this drill got 13 mph more with a 5 iron. The freedom seems to promote a lot more force transfer through the ball. Thanks for this simple free up. Come on spring! Pete
Amazing Video!! Okay I have limitations because I have had 4 left wrist surgeries from a bad motorcycle accident. My wrist has very little bend, I have been doing things to increase speed so last week I went from 85 to low 90s just from different drills. After this drill my PRGR read 93 before and after this drill I had 101 twice and my last one was 104!! Crazy my boys yesterday noticed that my drives were further wait till next week!
The Speedbooster drill is awesome. My swing speed increases by 5mph when i swing like this. Soon as I go back to my normal swing I can’t get the same flow and my swing slows down again. Great videos. Love them all.
Tried it in my garage, great swing feeling and could feel the speed increase. Lots of fantastic swing video guys, just started watching and love technical aspects of pros vs Joe’s, keep up the great work.
I went outside to try this drill and i felt a definite speed increase. I'm wondering how it will translate to the course. Do you have any advice that will meld this advice into compressing my iron shots?
... wow..that itty bit of body sway with letting the left knee "double" really helps alleviate the takeaway from getting behind you and/or manually having to push it out there.
You make it simple. I can see that I've had some misconceptions about generating speed. I can feel the difference and can't wait to get to the range to implement these ideas.
I think this is a very good drill. When I first started to golf and I was by myself, I would swing the driver doing your drill, hit the ball really well and much farther, of course I had no idea why, and of course when people were around I would never hit the ball using this method. Now, I understand why it worked. I just went down to the basement and did a quick experiment with my PW, used my swing caddie sc200, made three swing, then did the drill, then made on more swing, my swing speed increased 6 mph. This is a drill I will keep working on over the winter, I cannot wait to see the difference when I step on the course next spring. Thanks for the insights.
I like AMG’s data driven analysis that shows the real differences between the typical amateur and pro. I also like their explanation of how pro golfers achieve these dynamic positions by correct sequencing of the golf swing instead of trying to “hit” positions I see in the magazines. My education re: the golf swing continues.
Good I love this! This may sound off but it almost gives me a freewheeling Freddie Couples fell. I've compacted the back swing with what feels like almost a Couples "pick up" or Monte's no turn advise, and then just fired down and through. It honestly feels too easy. The forward start, heel plant, really ingrains the feeling. Great work!
Well done Shaun and Mike! Over the winter, I'll be working with SpeedSticks and a device for measuring club head speed and hope to integrate your advice. I'll be sure to report my progress to you.
Excellent speed swing video! thanks for sharing open eye guidance for 5 swing speed killers. I will consider AMG membership to search for increase of club head speed and drive distance. I 'll take it to the range and report back the expected better result. Thanks again Mike and Shaun
Have been working all summer on more rotation. A major fault I have is moving my head and upper body too far off the ball going back. In an effort to correct this by staying more “centered” I have come to the realization that I am not getting my lower body loaded properly if at all during the backswing. In watching very good players, the backswing hip movement at times looks either “small” or “short”. This drill has helped me realize that they in fact just have a more brisk pace going back. Looking outside at 2” of new snow in MN I can only swing in my garage but I’m excited that this drill will make a huge difference in adding athleticism in my swing. Thanks for what you do.
Awesome..I feel for over 50 years the big one has been a little over bottom....I will be coming up to Shreveport when we're thru this messy times. THANKS FOR SUCH GOOD WORK. BOBBY
Informative and Practical, can't wait to work on these and reap the benefits. Lost so much distance with age and following recent golf dogma, no sway, X-factor etc. Looking for an opportunity for real improvement, hope this will be it!
Thank you for the speed video! I gained 6 mph instantly and got up to 120mph! You guys really make it affordable for teachers to learn the game. I owe you big time!
Currently on lockdown here in the UK 🇬🇧 but I really feel freedom that I’ve never felt before with this drill. Can’t wait to go hit some and see what difference it makes.
@@AthleticMotionGolf So I've been trying desperately to follow what you say about keeping my pelvis over my feet rather than behind (watched the hip turn video in conjunction too), so standing against a wall to try and give me a feel, stance open, left heel against wall, right heel slightly away from it and buttocks touching the wall lie the left heel. How do I find balance in this position? It feels like all my weight is falling toward my toes? It causes me to stand taller as i cant forward bend too much without falling over?
Awesome production value. Fantastic content. How do I get my pelvis in front of that line without falling over or bending too much at the knees? That’s the mystery that I can’t figure out
My mother tongue is french so please be patient with my English. I tried your drill @ the driving range and thereafter on the course for 9 holes with a friend that drives roughly the same distance. I did the drill every time before hitting my tee shots. Not only did I carry the ball 10 to 15 yards further than my friend but my ball was always ( 7 times ) straighter than him. I talk about carry because the course is "sooo" wet here in Belgium that the balls do not roll at all. In conclusion, this is a great drill for two reasons: more club head speed without a doubt but maybe more interesting, more reliable. Because you start your motion 3 feet in front of the ball, the momentum created projects your arms in a perfect plane in the downswing - not too much inside - witch allows us to hit your drive very pure. A great great drill. Thank you.
The drill really works. I gained 8 mph in my swing speed as measured by my swing speed monitor. Thanks much, coaches. I appreciate your clear explanations with supporting proof of accurate speed comparison measurements of your AM and PRO. You are helping a lot of golf players.
@@AthleticMotionGolf I feel like I have more momentum using sway, recentering, and shifting forward to cover or frame the ball. I have more power and clubhead speed but not forcing it. The drill gave me the correct feel. Thanks again.
Nice vid on the Speed Booster. I've seen variations of this having the playier turn their head back during the take away - just during the drill? Is that something would help during the takeaway? Ima scrappy 3 and I'd love to have a lesson or 4 with you guys lol. Looks like a lot to be gained. Thanks for what you do.
Great videos guys. I think I saw it in your DistanceRx2.0 series I purchased a while back. That series is packed with info and drills to increase your club head speed. The Speed Booster Drill is great because it teaches you how to FEEL and swing dynamically. Opposed to swinging position oriented, athletically challenged, powerless; ie slow. This drill teaches you that to increase club head speed the Rabbit has to win the race not the Turtle!
When I first tried drill about a month ago I would say my CHS increased around 5 mph with my irons. But I was just getting back into the game after an 8yr sabbatical.
Hey Terry Congratulations! You won the iLesson from the AMG Speed Booster Giveaway! Send us a screenshot of this to us on our Instagram (@athletic_motion_golf) and we will get you taken care of! 🚀
I actually started using the feeling in the drill as a cue. I start every swing by lifting my right heel now. It has provided a lot of "easy" power that was otherwise nonexistent. Thanks!
The forward initial swing certainly works! I am curious how your system works with the "Moe Norman" single plane swing. I switched over the winter from conventional to single plane and am loving it. However, I would love to speed up my club head speed. My driver is normally around 93 mph. I would love to be over 100.
Loved the Speed Booster drill. I tried it out this morning after a discouraging range session yesterday and added 8 mph in just a few minutes. Thanks guys!
Love this. Kinetic chain set up and engaged in both directions with natural release to ALLOW speed to happen. Went from 75 to 83 with 7 iron in 5 minutes:-)
I really enjoy the mechanical explanations of what I need to do to increase speed and why this works. More than the, the information given on HOW to make it work
Love this drill. I like the fluid motion aspect to it. I tried it out and noticed an immediate jump of 6mph with a 7 iron. I'm also planning to integrate this into speed work with speed sticks.

Awesome tip! Stuck indoors due to weather. Working on increasing speed. Started at 108. Can’t wait to go see where I am after a week of working on this drill. Thanks for sharing. Love your stuff!
Did the drill and picked up 10 mph and you’re right about it being easy pickup in speed. I have been one of those swing to the right and swing back to left all at once guys so I know this drill and course is going to help tons of us with this issue..
Great simple and effective drill. Tried this at home and looking forward to trying this at the range/course. My coach is Monte and he always speaks very highly of you guys. Keep up the good stuff!
GREAT DRILL. Tried this before my first three swings, after that I went on to record my fastest swing speed, fastest ball speed and my furthest distance (non wind aided) ever throughout 34 swings.
Great! The most helpful part will be not concerning too much on the takeaway which usually will cause the tense in our muscles which kill the speed. Thank you so much for sharing this lesson
@@AthleticMotionGolf Ha ha ... got it in one. A pair with a redundancy of one. Thanks for the wonderful content and good luck with all your ventures ...
I just did a before and after with this drill using my measuring device and sure enough instantly got nearly 10% increase in speed! More importantly I got a feel for "one continuous movement" concept which has clearly been missing from my swing. Thanks as ever.
@@AthleticMotionGolf 15 yds on driver in about 10 practice swings. Drill gave me a BIIIIG aha on turning the lower. This plus the recentering concept is adding major swing change. Will be looking for the speed training list on Friday fo sho.
Tried this in the garden this afternoon and felt much smoother and a little bit faster. Won't be able to know for sure until i can head back to the course and range but definitely going to factor this drill into my practice routine and can't wait to start hitting a few bombs!!
I went to the range with this drill and my first driver speed was 99 mph. I worked with the drill for a bit and saw some nice increases, getting up to 108 mph. I was going to stop there, but I told my wife, "I think I have 109 mph in me." She said "Why don't you skip 109 and go to 110?" I said "OK, " and on my next swing I did 111 mph! Needless to say, I am thrilled with the results! I am 57 years old, +1 HDCP and always trying to improve. I love your tips, great job Mike and Shaun!
Loved the drill. I find it very similar to the step drill but much simpler. Reminds me of a pitcher in baseball and also a med ball toss. When throwing a med ball, no ones weight ever goes left at first it always rocks right. I added 10 yards of carry and 10 MPH. By getting this weight shift right a lot of other things happen naturally like push off ground on left leg
Hey fellow great video. One question is the magic move the same as shown in this video for your 63 year old man demonstration. It seems to contractdict the Magic Move? I think I'm missing something. Thanks for all you do with this channel as I'm also 63 and working to gain speed, up to 99 mph with help from you fellows.
Teaching proper footwork has been instrumental in my game. Made some serious strides this past year and just looking to take it to the next level. Thanks for your help!
I think that aspect of generating speed is the most surprising to hear for many golfers, especially the ones trying to do the opposite. Where you able to feel that early acceleration in the hands doing the drill?
Recentering at the top and syncing up on the downswing has already given me 5mph. Aiming for more now and look forward to working through the rest of the SPEED WEEK videos! G’day from Sydney, Australia
Drill felt great , in lockdown in the uk so no range to measure speed but felt faster but also more balanced through the ball, I felt like I ‘fell off it’ before , thanks guys 👍
I understand the concept of getting the left arm started early but my fear is getting that out to in swing path. Any suggestions of drills to work on the left arm and hand speed.
Improved my tempo, rhythm and most of all I felt more Proactive (ahead and attacking) vs Reactive (behind and waiting) Result: 7 iron 145 avg to 163 avg and several 170
Loved this drill. I'm a senior golfer but watched my clubhead speed on trackman go from 109-112mph using this drill! Very curious about the "butt behind the line" at set up. My butt is clearly behind the line--would love to fix that! Do you have a drill for it?

Looking outside at 2” of new snow in MN I can only swing in my garage but I’m excited that this drill will make a huge difference in adding athleticism in my swing. Thanks for what you do.
Love it ! Let us know how much speed you gain :)
Incredible video. Best golf videos on the market...period!!
Wow thanks so much!!!!
Awesome..I feel for over 50 years the big one has been a little over bottom....I will be coming up to Shreveport when we're thru this messy times. THANKS FOR SUCH GOOD WORK. BOBBY
Come on up to Shreveport! Try the drill and let us know back here how it goes!!
Informative and Practical, can't wait to work on these and reap the benefits. Lost so much distance with age and following recent golf dogma, no sway, X-factor etc. Looking for an opportunity for real improvement, hope this will be it!
This is it!!
Thank you for the speed video! I gained 6 mph instantly and got up to 120mph! You guys really make it affordable for teachers to learn the game. I owe you big time!
wow!!! 6mph instantly is huge!!!
Currently on lockdown here in the UK 🇬🇧 but I really feel freedom that I’ve never felt before with this drill. Can’t wait to go hit some and see what difference it makes.
Love it! Let us know how much speed you gain so we can add it to our total speed tally for the week!
Great drill gentlemen.. I tried this out and it gave me some freedom to just move through the ball. Felt fantastic. Thank guys
Amazing video as always. Do you think that this is a speed generator or an efficiency synchronizer?
All of the above :)
Awesome production value. Fantastic content.
How do I get my pelvis in front of that line without falling over or bending too much at the knees? That’s the mystery that I can’t figure out
Hmm. Could be the lead leg not straightening enough...Have you filmed your swing to see whats going on?
Love the dynamics it creates when you flow instead of find positions.
Absolutely! Try the drill and come back and let us know how much speed you gain!!
Thank you.
Wow!!! Thanks for the comment!! 10 to 15 yards is great!!!
The drill really works. I gained 8 mph in my swing speed as measured by my swing speed monitor. Thanks much, coaches. I appreciate your clear explanations with supporting proof of accurate speed comparison measurements of your AM and PRO. You are helping a lot of golf players.
WOW!! We will add your 8mph to our total speed tally for the week! What do you feel is different from your normal swing when you add the drill?
@@AthleticMotionGolf I feel like I have more momentum using sway, recentering, and shifting forward to cover or frame the ball. I have more power and clubhead speed but not forcing it. The drill gave me the correct feel. Thanks again.
Nice vid on the Speed Booster. I've seen variations of this having the playier turn their head back during the take away - just during the drill? Is that something would help during the takeaway?
Ima scrappy 3 and I'd love to have a lesson or 4 with you guys lol. Looks like a lot to be gained. Thanks for what you do.
Head turn could help...try the drill and let us know how much speed you gain!! Keep us posted.
Great! How much speed do you think you gained with the drill? We would love to add your speed to the total speed gained tally!
When I first tried drill about a month ago I would say my CHS increased around 5 mph with my irons. But I was just getting back into the game after an 8yr sabbatical.
What a great video ! It busts several myths about the golf swing that I have held for a lifetime . The "drill" really feels like it adds speed.
It will give you an instant boost!!
Great!!!
Love this. Kinetic chain set up and engaged in both directions with natural release to ALLOW speed to happen. Went from 75 to 83 with 7 iron in 5 minutes:-)
I really enjoy the mechanical explanations of what I need to do to increase speed and why this works. More than the, the information given on HOW to make it work
Thanks!!! Were you able to try the drill?
What are the drills to help no. 4? Or at least the breakdown as to why. Thanks - good stuff
I meant no. 3 - that is a huge pick up in MPH.
Love this drill. I like the fluid motion aspect to it. I tried it out and noticed an immediate jump of 6mph with a 7 iron. I'm also planning to integrate this into speed work with speed sticks.
Hey Brandon Congratulations! You won the iLesson from the AMG Speed Booster Giveaway! Send us a screenshot of this to us on our Instagram (@athletic_motion_golf) and we will get you taken care of! 😎
Great drill. Increased swing speed by 6mph. Helps load up the body and use the dynamic motion to gain speed.
wow!!!!!!!!! Love to hear the gains
I have been one of those swing to the right and swing back to left all at once guys so I know this drill and course is going to help tons of us with this issue..
wow great!! 10mph!!!!
Great simple and effective drill. Tried this at home and looking forward to trying this at the range/course. My coach is Monte and he always speaks very highly of you guys. Keep up the good stuff!
great!! he's one of our buddies
Fantastico, sensazione di dinamismo mai provata prima. Well done!
Great stuff , you’d think the more info you get the more complicated your swing thoughts would get , but this info simplifies the swing .
Well said!
Great!! Try it and let us know how much speed you gain!! We would love to hear your results!
Wonderful harmonic coordination these two have in their interactions, unlike two others who post on UA-cam. Great stuff
Wow thank you so much. Often imitated, never duplicated haha.
I need to guess who the other two are.. hmmm. Does it begin with “M” by any chance ? 🤔
@@AthleticMotionGolf Ha ha ... got it in one. A pair with a redundancy of one.
Thanks for the wonderful content and good luck with all your ventures ...
@@steveperryman8102 😂😂😂 I knew it! Thank you so much
I just did a before and after with this drill using my measuring device and sure enough instantly got nearly 10% increase in speed! More importantly I got a feel for "one continuous movement" concept which has clearly been missing from my swing. Thanks as ever.
Boom. Great job!
You guys have really helped me realize I have more distance potential. I spent too long with a concrete base. Thanks.
Great! How much speed do you think you gained?? Let us know so we can add you to our total distance gained tally!
@@AthleticMotionGolf 15 yds on driver in about 10 practice swings. Drill gave me a BIIIIG aha on turning the lower. This plus the recentering concept is adding major swing change. Will be looking for the speed training list on Friday fo sho.
Incredible great explications
Mike and Sean-really appreciate the tip. I noticed the speed booster video freed me up to swing faster.
Great!!! How much more speed did you get?? We would love to add your speed to our Total speed gained tally!!
Tried this in the garden this afternoon and felt much smoother and a little bit faster. Won't be able to know for sure until i can head back to the course and range but definitely going to factor this drill into my practice routine and can't wait to start hitting a few bombs!!
Great! Come back here and let us know how it goes!
By getting this weight shift right a lot of other things happen naturally like push off ground on left leg
wow!!! Amazing results!!!! We will add your speed to the total speed tally for the week!
Thank you so much for this drill, I have picked up 5mph increase in club head speed with over 15 yards or more of increase in distance cheers guys 😍
Best content on UA-cam! 123 to 127mph after this. Love all your stuff.
Brag much??
Hey fellow great video. One question is the magic move the same as shown in this video for your 63 year old man demonstration. It seems to contractdict the Magic Move? I think I'm missing something. Thanks for all you do with this channel as I'm also 63 and working to gain speed, up to 99 mph with help from you fellows.
Very much the same👊
@@AthleticMotionGolf thanks can't wait to work on it. Merry Christmas!
Teaching proper footwork has been instrumental in my game. Made some serious strides this past year and just looking to take it to the next level. Thanks for your help!
Love it!! Were you able to try the drill?
@@AthleticMotionGolf Gave it a shot last night in the basement hitting net, definitely will be adding the drill to my normal practice routine.
Great Instagram videos. Helping my game tremendously. Love these guys and their approach.
This was the best education I’ve ever seen! Thank you!
Hi, great video particularly the Downswing stretch” segement, need to get the arms moving! Like the drill, helps my swing feel more dynamic
I think that aspect of generating speed is the most surprising to hear for many golfers, especially the ones trying to do the opposite. Where you able to feel that early acceleration in the hands doing the drill?
Thanks guys! This quick drill was a big help!!!
Recentering at the top and syncing up on the downswing has already given me 5mph. Aiming for more now and look forward to working through the rest of the SPEED WEEK videos! G’day from Sydney, Australia
wow!!! We will add your 5mph to our total speed gained tally!!
Drill felt great , in lockdown in the uk so no range to measure speed but felt faster but also more balanced through the ball, I felt like I ‘fell off it’ before , thanks guys 👍
OK great!!!! come back here and let us know your speed gain once you're able to measure !!!
I understand the concept of getting the left arm started early but my fear is getting that out to in swing path. Any suggestions of drills to work on the left arm and hand speed.
Let it work down, not out. Does that make sense?
Yes... I looked back at one of your videos where the club or alignment rod rubs on a wall behind you. So would that help let it just work down?
Improved my tempo, rhythm and most of all I felt more Proactive (ahead and attacking) vs Reactive (behind and waiting)
Result: 7 iron 145 avg to 163 avg and several 170
Great video! Do you guys ever do speed clinics in Florida?
We do a clinic in Orlando in January. Would you like to be placed on the wait list?
@@AthleticMotionGolf yes thank you
Loved this drill. I'm a senior golfer but watched my clubhead speed on trackman go from 109-112mph using this drill! Very curious about the "butt behind the line" at set up. My butt is clearly behind the line--would love to fix that! Do you have a drill for it?
wow!!!What about the drill helped you get that instant speed boost??? Yes we have wall drill we use for this! I'll find it and circle bac around
@@AthleticMotionGolf I think it was the weight shift and simple freeing up of my swing. I was really surprised! Anxious to get the wall drill!!
Awesome video and I see one or more of these every day on my lesson tee. It’s all about proper concepts
Are you presenting different drills then are on AGM+?
Yes! But all of these drills (and more) will be inside of AMG+ soon 🏌️♂️✅ As in, this week... soon!
@@AthleticMotionGolf I had same question, concern. I went looking for this on line. Is Distance Rx2 different?
Great video. Helps relieve tension and holding in my swing. Increased clubhead speed by 5mph!
wow!! We will add your 5mph to our total speed tally for the week!!
Long time subscriber of the channel and love the info. Trying to work from 7 to scratch. Tried the drill and noticed more consistent distance on my shots. You have to love things that help and are easily repeatable. Looking forward to more lessons. Thanks. :-)
Awesome. Really eye opening. I’m so scared of swaying that I’ve become a robot. This feels completely different and freeing!!!!
