- Hey, ya'll! Today's video is a QUICK FULL BODY MORNING YOGA practice. This is a fairly simple practice that you can do EVERYDAY. Be sure to listen to your body & modify as needed. I really needed this set today! For it to have been a 10 minute stretch, we targeted a decent amount of muscles that e=need that extra attention in the morning 🎀

Peace. Looking for yoga lead by black instructors and you came up. Working on my hip flexibility and also getting into the habit of self care in the morning. This was perfect. I'm a beginner so many of the poses are still challenges. I look forward to getting better.
