      @@katja6000 hello, its not so easy to have bulking up legs. Squats will not bulk up your legs if you are on a deficit caloric or eating healthy and dont forget to strech after this video. I just finished my streching routine. Keep going all. Btw Nina has the best workouts everrrr

    If y’all are ever wondering if this workout works or not........ IT DOES!! I have tried lily Sabri’s, Chloe Ting’s and April Hans inner thigh workouts (and don’t get me wrong, but they didn’t really work on me) but she help me get the space between my inner thighs!!! Uhhh if only I had found this video sooner but yeah that’s some information and I hope it helps! Remember: all body’s are different so I’m not saying that you are guaranteed to have inner thighs but it really did work for me so I do recommend!!!

      Ohh.. These are somehow rather advanced workout for my case as I've been taught during my physiotheraphy session by my physiotheraphist ...to lean onto a table with my elbows and lift both my heels at the same time with legs wide aparts simillar like this too.Felt some pains on my fractured feets so I've to be careful only can do twenty reps.😁TQVM Nina ....hope still can pass on my case.

      its really effective im still at day 4 yet there are already changes my thighs finally social distancing welp i also drink green tea before sleeping also helps im still on going and be back again when period is done is really effective for me keep going!!!

    Not gonna lie, this is the best workout ever. I did this for 3 weeks and I swear my thighs look so different. My thighs is always been my biggest insecurity but now I feel happy with my thighs. Even my mom notice that. She said I'm getting skinnier. Thank you so much, Nina. Your workout is the best. I will keep doing this until I got my desired legs ❤️

    2021, I don't know if anyone is watching, but I've been doing this exercise for more than 5 weeks, it's really effective, it's suitable for busy people like me, just spend 10 to 20 minutes a day minutes, and now I have the legs I wanted. BIG LOVE FOR NINA

    I'm teenager and I want my thighs to be Thin and trust me guys this excercise really work I know it's painfull in starting but it's work too in the first day my legs were literally shaking doing this but after 3,4 days it's not that painfull if you are thinking for doing this then just do it, it will work. ALL THE BEST.

    since i don't see a lot of updates on progress, i'll try to do one! for a little background, i've done ballet for 10 years now and have been a competitive dancer for 5 years- so lots of muscle in my legs already but trying to slim down the inner thighs!
    day 1 measurements (before workout) (six inches below my hip bone) -> left leg: 19 inches, right leg: 19.4 inches
    day 1 after workout feels: i definitely feel the burn! i'm not feeling it as much as i thought i would in my inner thighs, more so in the muscle right above my knees- tomorrow i'll try doing a few turnout stretches before to increase my turnout and then see how it goes!
    day 2 feels: so yesterday after the workout my legs felt really weak- which is good! today before the workout, i did a few turnout stretches, and really focused on finding and using those inner thigh muscles- feeling the burn a little more! not gonna measure until one week after!
    day 4: finished!
    day 4: finished!
    day 5: finished!
    day 6: finished!
    day 7: finished!
    after workout measurements: left thigh: 18.2 inches, right thigh 18.5 inches
    after workout feels: this definitely slimmed my inner thighs, but also as a ballet dancer i really felt like i was bulking my outer thighs as well which kinda freaked me out, so i will not be continuing this workout, but i encourage everyone else to keep going!

    Been really hating myself lately, so I'll try this workout! I'm on a diet, 60 kg, and 1m67. Let's try this!
    Day one: I'm dying, but I did it. Soooo hard, yet really great, I could feel the burn!
    Day two: Sooooo tired, but okay. Harder than yesterday, but I won't give up! I can do it! I think...
    Day three: Was too tired...
    Day four: DAMN THAT WAS HARD!! But I'll keep going!

    I’ve been doing these workout for 2 weeks now and I have noticed that my thighs are getting slimmer than when I first started doing the exercises, plus, these workout has been easier and easier, and I still remember the first day that I did it when my legs were totally shaking like crazy!! But this has helped me a lot! Thank you so so so much Nina!!

    THIS WORKS. i have weak legs for some reason, so i usually skip leg standing workouts and this made me inconsistent for a couple of days especially this workout is hard, but there's still a huge difference since it also toned my legs. That motivated me to keep continuing especially it gets a lot easier and because i also wanted to model. thank you sm nina! I'll go back after a few days.

    Day 1: done. It’s burned A LOT, I almost stopped half way but kept on going👍🏻
    Day 2: done. made it to the full video without resting. I’m someone who’s really competitive so I tried really hard to go through it.
    Day 3: done. my legs are shaking- it’s really hard but it burns so🥲.
    Sorry I forgot about updating. But I have been doing it for a week now, I do see some differences in my thighs- I lost about 3 cm on each. This really works. Another thing I wanted to say is that I did cardio for 15 mins, I think that helped me too. I didn’t go on a diet, I ate whatever I wanted but in portions. THIS WORKS👏🏻

      I'm so sorry guys. I started jump roping for weight loss and couldn't continue with this workout cause my calves gave up on me. So I'm taking a mini brake until my legs get adjusted to the new torture I'm putting myself through. (JK! Jump roping is kinda fun) I'll be back after 2 weeks and continue this workout once again from the start cause i love it. Good luck to all those people still doing it.

    Day 1: omg my legs are shaking they are hurting so badly I could barely walk today✅

    Day 1 ✅ was VERY difficult (missed the 2nd day bc of the pain in legs🫣😂)
    Missed a day ⛔️
    Day 2 ✅ easier, still taking breaks.
    Day 3 ✅ easier, still with breaks.
    Day 4 ✅ with breaks.
    Day 5 ✅ with breaks, but not shaking this time.
    Day 6 ✅ (June 1st 2022) feeling terrible. Tried to force myself to do this without breaks, but it worked the opposite. Fell on the couch with a bouquet of tachycardia and arrhythmia and then felt dizzy 😂🤌🏻 will do this only with breaks! 😂 legs are slimmer today btw 🤔
    Day 7 ✅ still w/b. Looking in the mirror every 10 minutes 🥰 I don’t know if this is just what I want to see or I truly see the difference, but my legs look perfect!!! In a week?!! 😍😍😍 So effective! Thank you again ❤️
    Day 8 ✅ this time only 2 breaks, but very tired. My heart… The problem is in the heat too + I forget to breathe normally 😂 This makes it more difficult. But It gets easier every day.
    Day 9 ✅ no breaks 😐 exhausted! Legs started to ache like an hour ago. I think it’s because of my yesterday’s workout with only 2 breaks. Today is the first time I did it with no breaks. I do it in front of the mirror, it helps 😂 Legs look WAY better!
    Day 10 ✅ … no breaks, but after the 5th minute, the pain begins. The heat and my heart rate are pressuring…. Sweating after this workout 😂🤌🏻
    Day 11 ✅ hmm… Feeling just like 2 days ago 😂 hope it will get easier soon. 😂
    Day 12 ✅ Not lying on the bed today after the workout 🥹 Not really sweaty, but my heart is beating fast. I need air…

    Day 14 ✅ Yes!!! Two weeks now! Luckily it’s windy today. Heart is feeling better, at least I can breathe normally. A bit sweaty 😅 Muscles still hurt after this workout, but it means that this exercise is working ❤️Legs are lovely 🥰 I hope I’ll make them even better! The problem is in the heat. I can’t workout during the day. At night I’m already tired, but continue doing it! The good part is that I see the results every day+I don’t stop for a break anymore, except the one in the video. ✊🏻😁

So... to make my legs slimmer, it took me like 2-3 weeks. Height 165, weight 55kg that's why I just needed to make my legs slimmer, therefore didn't take much time, just 3 weeks. Now I'm starting other workouts too for arms, calves, belly and butt. 😁 It's time for some changes. Maybe my heart will feel better too. Started with this workout and now I'm motivated!!! Will continue making my life and body better! 🥰

I asked other people, they see it too. Not like a jock of course, I wouldn’t do that lol but the thighs don’t shake anymore when I walk lol 😂 also when I lift my legs up, thighs don’t hang down as before. I didn’t measure them before this workout to know if they get skinnier for sure, but seems like legs get slimmer. 🤗

    Day 1: I really feel the burn
    Day 2: still burns a lot
    Day 3: still really burning but not quite as bad as before
    Day 4: still burning but I got through it
    Day 5: I'm accually starting to see a difference in my legs!!! I also do a little bit of cardio to improve my results

    Thankyou Nina your work out has helped me alot and now after doing this workout for 2weeks my thighs have gane muscles and become soo skinny and long first my thighs were like 51cm and now it is like 41 cm. And to all those people who want to know if this workout works then from me it would be a big YES IT WORKS i am soo happy with the results

    i started this workout 4 days ago, and I can't see any changes per say but I do feel a difference in my inner thigh, when I walk they don't clash as much. I think I'm gonna continue to do this workout for maybe 2-3 weeks or more because I miss my old fit body. Thank you Nina, this is the first leg workout I've actually love to wake up the next day and look forward for. right now my thighs are 62cm I hope to come to 52cm. Best of luck to everyone.     Day one:I had 3-4 rests for like 5 seconds, but it felt like heaven, my legs where literally gone!😵

    mesurements: left thigh 54 cm(21 inch) right thing 54,5 cm(21,5 inch)
    im going to do this for a week to see if i will get any results(im not doing any diet im just eating healthy) day 1: done (it really burnt)
    day 2:done (i wasnt that sore as yesterday because i streched before and after the workout)
    day 3: done and it was easier

      ​@@ginevrapozzolini4338 No it's not.. It's toned and my inner thigh fat has considerably reduced.. Note that you'll have to pair this with a full body workout to get the best and fast results.. and sorry for the late reply

    day 1: felt it! had to take a couple of breaks!
    day 2: didnt get through it because i was busy!
    i lost motivation, but that’s okay!! im restarting!❤
    day 1: it was a bit easier!
    day 2: i got through the whole thing without breaks! was really easy today! im gonna do another of yours! (also a tip! reading through the comments as you work out is helpful! not only does it distract you from the pain it also gives you motivation! stay strong!!)

    I’m gonna see if I lose any weight after doing this for 2 weeks. I won’t be using any diet either just to see if I can keep my own eating habits.
    So let’s start!

    UPDATE‼️: I tried this workout before and gave up when my thighs got thicker, so I tried again and the same thing happened and o realized this workout actually bulks my thighs, so I’m not doing it anymore since that’s not my goal!

      what body type are u? from the looks of it this workout seems more beneficial for ectomorph type bodies. i think because the movements work the muscles a lot. i hope u find a better workout!!

      @@jellytoes6143 it would be cool if people wrote their body type when they wrote about the results. my wrist is quite thin so I'm probably an ectomorph, but I'm only on the 2nd day. I would not like to make my legs more massive

      @@AlizaKhan-ot8sm Hi! No, it doesn't! It slimmed down my thighs a lot! This workout is perfect if you don't want to have bulky legs. My claves are not bulky at all! I 165% recommend it!

But It slims down the leg overall *mostly thighs* if you want to slim down your calves, you can look up some workouts on youtube. Search Gloria song slim calve workout. I did hers a few months ago I did get a few results. Hope it helps :)

    day 1: ✅ it was so painful and I had so much breaks but I did it
    day 2: ✅
    day 3: ✅ managed to do without any breaks!
    day 4: ❌ couldn’t do it as I was out all day and super tired
    day 5: ✅ did it and went lowest I could
    so I wanted to let the ppl reading this know that I’ve switched to Nina’s thigh gap workout as I’ve noticed it’s more effective!!

    Ive been through an intense change form the beginning of this year, i came from being 66 CM on each thigh to 48 CM in 3 months. Now im looking for something that helps my calves too, this is a very good training. 😊

    i have really weak legs and inhad hurt my knees when i was young....so it's really hard for me to do this workout...also i always feel pain on my knees after the workout...but the pain has started being less...and i feel more easy doing this workouy than before...thank you so much nina!! love you>

    I couldn’t anymore like my legs were burning and then when I stand up straight straight away my legs hurt so had I a pause but thanks Nina it’s so worth it
