    Eat meat get out in the sunshine take a walk pray meditate on Gods word , change your diet and some of your thinking it will get better , all struggles with depression and anixety stress too watch it start to melt away not by just meds but by change for the better ,

    Low D3, Magnesium ,iron & thyroid are all common & contributors to low energy. When you have low energy, it becomes sad.
    I was one who became "labeled" in my early 20's without even knowing.
    Turns out, I was finally diagnosed with Hashimoto's & a bunch of deficiency's in my late 30's
    With these online health portals, you too can find out if you're labeled in any way.
    My Sister was "labeled "with depression; found it on the portal, "How?!" , she asked. She had obviously said something that triggered a Dr in her past to go ahead & check that box. - terrible

      ​@@Yellow-oc4sl I do eat meat, I'm loving organic Bone broth-, it's loaded with amino acids, that I don't think I'm getting enough of , it's been giving me a bit more get up & go. Just one cup has 9-12 g of protein! I take D3 & I try to get in that beautiful sun when I can. Thanks for taking the time to respond! 🙂

    I went plant based to lower my cholesterol but after five weeks my sinus congestion went away and after about 4 months I noticed my anxiety level had noticeably decreased. My cholesterol went down but not as dramatically as the anxiety and sinus congestion. I mainly ate beans, mushroom tacos, cruciferous vegetables, no oil (not even olive oil), walnuts, avocado, rice, vegetable soups, sweet potatoes, potatoes, lentils, etc. no dairy, no oils, no meats, no eggs, no processed foods, low sugar.

    If you take these blood tests, can't your insurance company drop you if your test comes back with all kinds of problems.
