I'm loving these mobility & core routines. Really gives me a great warmup before my weight training workouts. Definitely see my weaknesses with the mobility stuff though. Things I have to work on.

Love your core/mobility routines so much. I (28F) started seeing a chiropractor for my kinda-bad scoliosis about 6w ago and began modifying my movement to focus more on my core. I've been alternating between these core/mobility routines almost daily as part of my new overall movement routine. I love the 12min version as a warmup for any workout and these 20min ones help me stay consistent on low-energy or busy days.
I've noticed a lot of improvement in my core stability, posture, strength, muscle endurance, and overall flexibility. I know the other changes have helped, but I really credit these core/mobility routines as a major factor.
I'm always checking to see if you released a new one of these routines. I get so excited when you do! I couldn't wait to do this one when I noticed you released it. If I can put in a request, it would be for another 12min version. It would be nice to be able to switch it up.
Thanks so much for making this content and knowledge accessible. I can't tell you how much I value being able to care for my body like this.
