Simple fundas:
1. Caloric deficit with nutritious food is must. Calculate your Maintenance calories value(including workout). Maintain a caloric deficit from that value for fat loss.
2. Maintenance calories is a dynamic factor, with gradual fat loss it’s value will also decrease gradually. Try tracking the Maintenance calories value and maintain a deficit from that point.
3. If hit by a “PLATEAU” then comes the time to SHOCK the body either by slightly modifying your diet( consuming either slightly more or less calories) or bring a change in the workout pattern or both.

IF is a great tool..I too lost fat using it but I followed proper diet,regular exercise,little lifting and required protien..even without IF ull get results..it just helps ur processes to be bit faster that's it..great video bro..keep rocking👍🏽👌

Personally I had tried both of them, KETO doing here in Indian average town is difficult, you don't get variety of keto friendly foods and and keto doesn't mean loading yourself with tons of fats, those who had done keto like this doesn't know anything about keto
Healthy keto tells you to get 50 percent of your calories from green leafy vegetables , 25 from protein and 25 from fats, this will help you with digestion as you have enough fiber, calories will be in deficit, and the process helps you with not only weigth loss and ton losts of hormonal changes that help out to be efficient at processing energy.

1.How much food intake you took when you were in your teens or younger and what's your weight balance then.
2.People who crosses 25 age, how much food intake you are taking now and how easily are you able to control your weight.
3. How many of you guys tried reducing food intake and lost the hope of loosing weight just with calorie deficit.
Growth hormone will increase 2000 times during intermittent fasting, GH is a catabolic hormone of fats and anabolic hormone for proteins
IF doesn't only helps in fat loss(can stay easily in calorie deficit by skipping a meal) it has numerous benefits
1. Reduction in Insulin resistance I.e., reverses diabetes- II
2. Increases Growth Hormone which in turn helps in cellular repair.
3. Improves Immunity(Autophagy if fasted more than 24 hrs)
4. More Mental focus
Expenditure of calories is not the same every day ...practically no one can say how many calories they have spent on a particular day..it depends on activities that we do on that particular day...no offense bro...only positive reactions are invited

Reverses diabetes II : Lose weight and get healthy and this will happen irrespective of path chosen. Even superman claims the same: “my diet reverses diabetes”, it’s getting healthy and not the diet.
2.) I addressed growth hormone research here, point me to other researches regarding this.
Highly speculative and not proven to be significant.
3.) Same thing again, good quality food and nutritious food is the way to increase immunity.
Point me to a place / research that shows IF is better at improving immunity.
4.) More mental focus is again subjective and told by many IF followers, I personally had no difference whatsoever.
All these points are minuscule and moreover not argued by Mr. Harsha Sai. He claimed that this is the fastest way to lose weight and claimed that it’s better than calorie deficit.
I beg to differ. I understand where you are coming from in terms of your points.
If you start with deficit, any approach is good approach. Deficit + nutrient dense foods is the way to go. After this step, it’s your comfort.

Personally, I found IF to be counterintuitive. It was good and all while I was doing it, but gained a lot of fat when I stopped it. (Yes, there are other factors to it like not going to the gym after and all, but still, it was pretty significant)
