This song is from the 1956 Alfred Hitchcock film "The Man Who Knew Too Much" and is on p. 8 of Alfred's Adult Greatest Hits Level 2. It was composed by Jay Livingston and Ray Evans for the movie which starred Doris Day and James Stewart. Doris Day sang the song in the movie and it was very popular and became a signature song for her and was used as the theme song for "The Doris Day Show". --Norma
This piano arrangement is by Sharon Aaronson.

Another Jay Livingston and Ray Evans masterpiece!
Will I be pretty...? Always enjoyed this song! Frank Delima does a fun rendition as well. ;-)
I'll have to look up Frank Delima's rendition. Thanks for the tip, Norma.
I heard this and thought it so pretty I had to buy the music to learn it. Not too hard but still interesting to listen to. Thanks, once again, great job. You ARE my music teacher. But don't send me a bill ;-)
Glad you enjoyed the song and that the video motivated you to buy the music and learn it for yourself! It's great to share the joy of learning with other piano students! Norma
EXCELLENT 👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you so much! --Norma
Magnifiquement interprété 👏👏👏
Thank you so much! --Norma
Thank you ! I learned it thanks to you :) It just less easy at the end, cause you go faster than at the beginning...
Glad that you found the video helpful in your learning process. It is easy with a repetitive pattern to gain a bit of momentum as you are playing. I seriously had to pace myself when I was recording "Moonlight Sonata". Thank you for taking the time to comment. --Norma
Thanks
You are very welcome!! --Norma
