Thanks Viktor for the amazing tutorials! As a beginner I found myself having knee pains when doing the dryland training... Is it possible if you could explain a little bit about the reason of knee pains and how to avoid them? I think it could be very important and very interesting to address in your video. Very appreciative to your dryland training series!! They are more than helpful!!! Hope everything goes well for you!

Just in time for the winter! Question, what if some of these are hard to do without compromising the form? Should I keep at it with a bad form in hopes of one day getting strong enough to do it? Or maybe progress from an easier version to harder version?

Good question! For the first half of the exercises you can push it quite far, as they're not too technically demanding. However, for the second half of the drills, you'd want to prioritize the form before digging too deep :)

It is not allowed to tense - directly - release a muscle group, which at that moment is not responsible for the determined muscle group that performs the task...

Hi, Viktor, I am from China. I can't buy your training course because of payment problem. Is there any other way that can help me obtain access to your train course. Also I have sent email to you before. Hope you have received it.
