Nice video. My biggest problem is getting and staying low. It's hard work for an old dude like me. I'm a short track skater but have been to the ovals in Salt Lake city and Milwaukee. Getting speed up on the big track with Klaps is very different but super fun.
Thanks man! So usefull! *Sugestion, I guess now you need to get wireless microphone for more stable audio especially when you are explaining from distance.
steven sir I have been wanting to study skating for a long time. For two months now I have been buying skating shoes and learning to stand up and move slightly but I still want to learn what to do. Put it on sir's channel
There's a track at my local park it's the only track that has tarmac layed out so it's ideal for keeping record of how many laps, speed, etc. There are certain areas though that have pebbles and stones kinda littered through the area. Do you think it would be weird for a person to just bring a push broom and take care of it myself? I tripped over a rock i didn't anticipate and really injured (surface injury) my knee. I don't want it to happen again so I figure I take care of it myself and don't want to bother the maintenance people for just a solo skater. Any thoughts?

How are speedskates on public roads. I don't live anywhere near a track for skating, but I can I still use these on roads?
You have to be in good shape to achieve this
Backwards skating please
Yes, I like it :D
Yup.! :)
The biggest technical mistake is mixing inline and ice speed skating, they are different sports.
I think there’s sufficient evidence of the benefits of cross training to bust that statement 😅
