Breast pain is my number 1 symptom. I have started cutting out caffeine but I also will try the other things you mention. Thank you for all you do . Your videos are so informative and they help out tremendously.
I don't drink any caffeine and it was so bad for me, but now at 50, it's gone. I wanted to give you hope. I had to sleep in a sports bra for a long time. It felt worse than when I was pregnant. This too shall pass.
Thank You so much for this Video, I have been going through Menapause for a couple of yrs now,and I have been going through Breast pain steady, on the 1 side,so I went for a Mammogram and it came back Negavative Thank God, so I have changed Bra, & drinking more water.
I wear no antiperspirant at all. I only get smell from one armpit and I use a baby wipe throughout the day to smell good. I love your vids. I don't drink coffee. Oh I had bad book pain for a few years. I'm 50 now and no breast pain. Yay. My periods have stopped and I feel amazing these days. I feel I'm on the other side.
This is very interesting. I have always had breast discomfort but it has gotten more intense the last year or so. I did talk to the doctor and she wasn't concerned. What i thought was interesting is what you mentioned about antiperspirant. My pain is almost always my left breast and I am right handed. I am going to look into switching to something else and see if that helps. And drink more water. Thanks for the video!
Just wanted to return here and leave my experience in case it will help some one. I was experiencing breast pain in my left side and the whole area surrounding it was tender to touch. A Vogel mentioned antiperspirant as a possible cause and I decided to stop applying 9 days so far and all the pain is gone! I was beginning to think worse case scenario due to the pain so perhaps try stopping applying it and see if that helps you.
Oh my goodness look things women have to go through in menopause, it's not easy for women, Thank you ms Elille for your beautiful talk, God bless you 🙏🙏🙏
Hi Lindsey Yes EPO can be helpful, especially in the perimenopause. We've not found any specific indication that it is directly oestrogenic. Sometimes, supplements can help support the body generally and this can then result in better hormonal balance. Hope that helps! Best Wishes Eileen
Hi Patricia Sorry but we can't give advice on prescribed medications, this is something you would need to ask your doctor; they'll be able to tell you which is the best one for your age and symptoms. Best Wishes Eileen
In the last 2 years they discovered calcification on my breast muscle when I felt a lump since then I have discomfort in that area daily more so when doing housework. Recently I have need to keep my bra off if I'm at home. Finding it difficult to get doctors appointment. I have also had a lot of itching going on upper body. I bathed and moisturised but still itchy.
Hi Patsy, MelvIna Itchy skin is really common! I've posted a vlog on this and what you can do to help yourself so please do take a look. www.avogel.co.uk/health/menopause/videos/simple-solutions-to-ease-itchy-skin/ Best Wishes Eileen
Hi Shirin You can still get breast pain early post menopause as hormones can still be fluctuating for several years afterwards, however, this should ease over time. Could also be related to costochondritis, bad posture and wrong fitting bras! Best Wishes Eileen
@@AvogelCoUk Thank you so much Eileen, I was just thinking how long can the hormonal breast pain can last in post menopause. I have done my Mamogramm last year. Thank you

Hi I'm really sorry but we cannot give advice on individual prescriptions, if you are worried about what your doctor is suggesting, please do go back and ask them to explain in more details what it is likely to help with. What if HRT causes your endometriosis flares to come back? I feel I have no options for relief. I’ve suffered from endometriosis flares for over 34 yrs and it’s barely starting to go away. But now I have peri menopause symptoms, however I am afraid to take anything to trick my hormones because I’m deathly afraid of the monthly endo flares.
