I have breast pain in both breast. I feels nausea, burning,sholder,back pain as well as sharp pains. Any help please it's now two months since the pain started
I feel shoulder's pain , breast pain even brain pain even abdominal pain also throat pain I didn't know what should I do ??? I did ECG before three months , abdominal ultrasound all test were clear ,also feel eyes pain what should I ??? Should I use vitamin capsule's??? For this ?? Even my eyes test is clear but facing dry eyes . No doctor can't understand my pain 😭😭😭 because I know what I am feeling 🥺🥺 I am a man but I have a huge breast 😔😔 I also did thoryid test which is also the clear now I am listing healing music therapy to cure this but not any medicine cure my pain😔
@Shehroz Rajput I saw a video that said if a guy has large breast area, it is too much estrogen... Things like soy and seed oils which are high in omega 6 are a huge contributer to the problem. Im not a doctor, but you can learn a lot from Dr Berry and Dr Berg on youtube. And research carnivore diet by watching Dr Berry, Dr Chaffe, Dr Savino, Jordan Peterson, Dante Ferrigno and anyone else that supports the diet. Ive been on it for 9 months and it has helped pain and inflammation a lot for me... And same with other family and friends of mine. Good luck and God bless!

I like it when you say,the pain can go away just before you start the treatment. I just have the inflated,heavy painful nipples,it's less tha 7 days know ,feel little bit better. But m not used to this new size😞.

I can say yes, I’m drinking iced tea or hot tea and it has lots of benefits than coffee. BTW I did my test with coffee after my sonogram and mammogram bcoz I kept researching causes of breast pain

ok i've narrowed mine to 4 reasons:
1. PMS week
2. Tight bra
3. My Isotretinoin pills
4. Stress and anxiety because of exams

Am not pregnant or any diet. But i have been on hormonal pills so i dont know what is the cause exactly

My job is beyond stressful. I wouldn’t be surprised if the daily stress is causing breast and shoulder pain.

@tin and ed i slowly2 out in my daily routine to drink coffee...how about lipton tea it is okay to drink this than coffee?
