Hey yogis, I've got a fun and powerful class for you this week! This is an intermediate vinyasa flow yoga class that will focus primarily on your core and lower body. You can expect to strengthen your legs, glutes and abdominals. This is a great class to do first thing in the morning and it also includes some breathing exercises (pranayama).
Rest assured we won't neglect the other parts of your body! We will still get into the shoulders and hips for a yummy flow. Have some props close by.

I have been following Kassandra for 2years now, living in remote Tanzania her classes were a life saver

Hey Kassandra. I follow a lot of your videos which includes a lot of core workout as well. There's one thing which I am max afraid to do and that's the side plank (on palms). I have got natural hype extended hands and legs so while doing the side plank on palms, my hands become even more hyper extended. Hence , I find side planks on forearms to be more convenient. Is that okay? Is the forearms plank less effective than palms?

I just discovered your classes and they are great. I stopped going to my studio in March but kept practicing with online classes.
Somehow it accept suits me BETTER because I am a experienced practitioner with an older body and some chronic injuries. Your classes are perfect for me, challenging when I crave a challenge but also chill.
Right now we ALL need a bit of chill.🙄

OMG! Cannot wait. That's what I've been focusing on! So glad you've made one! Will be doing it at least 3x a week with my other practices if I can or more. Would love if you can do a special video for a strong lower back as I'm weak in this area, hence why I've been focusing on strengthening my core as I believe that I'd suppose to be a good place to start to strengthen the back? Cannot wait! Super excited!

Las year I had hip surgery on July. I was walking with a cane and sleeping no more than two straight hours because of the pain. I had a great recovery thank God and now I’m doing yoga everyday with your videos. I’m so grateful and blessed that I have my health back and so thankful to you to help me in this process.

A couple of months ago you gave tips on how to smoothly transition from downdog to any standing pose, and that included exercises to strengthen the core and hip flexors. Well, I'm still working on it, and this class definitely helps. Yoga is a journey. I can't think of any other fitness program that uses the thigh and core to Raise the leg rather than Push with it. Thank you for your well thought-out class.
