Kassandra... that threat the needle movement with pigeon pose is something I’ve never seen elsewhere and I just LOVED this pose. I feel like you opened something in my body! When you said “grab your heel” I was literally like “What?” then my hand touched my heel and it felt like a revelation hahahahaha Just wanted to express my gratitude for all your flows... you are the one I go towards when I look for something sweet and stretchy... love your voice, your words. 🙋🏻♀️ Since following Kassandra’s excellent yoga instruction I can not only touch my toes for the first time in 58 years (now 59) I feel great and have way more energy/flexibility than the 20 year olds I work with 😊 I’ve also been told by my gym instructor I’ve noticeably improved! Brilliant yoga 🧘♀️ instructor & a pleasure to follow. 👍🏻
The title of this practice is a misnomer. Yes, great flexibility work, but don't be fooled; this is a great total body workout. Heart rate up with standing splits and pyramid squats, camel challenge, and yes, GREAT stretches. I know I say this a lot, Kassandra, but this is one of your best and my favorites!

After using about a dozen or more of your classes, I have become a devotee. The sequences flows are creative and seamless; the instruction is clear, straightforward, and understandable, with options to make postures more or less intense; and your presentation is gentle. I love what you have to offer. If you haven't already done it, I would love a class that incorporates both flexibility and balance - 1/2 hour, 45 minutes, or an hour - or all of the above. So grateful.

Your verbal instructions are so clear and easy to follow. The poses are effective yet not too hard to do in the same time. Unlike other videos I followed previously that had me looking at the screen frequently to check if I'm doing the poses right (and turns out half of the time not doing right😅), and also resulted in aching all over my body because they required me to stretch very very deeply.

Great sequence. Kassandra, you are much more flexible than me but I find your routines much more accessible than some others out there, and I like your down-to-earth approach. These 30-minute sequences are perfect after work.
I like it that you show practices from at home. Because a lot of us do not have a separate practice space for ourselves at home. It just shows that a regular practice is still possible snd does not depend on a spacious fancy yoga studio.

This was perfect! Note to self: this is a great class for morning or evening. It’s intense stretch, but not an intense “heavy breather don’t wanna if you’re tired” type class. Lots of leg stretch. Perfect class for you!
What a great stretch! You somehow use my favorite poses for the right amount of time and difficulty. I love your channel! This was the first time I noticed that you didn’t mirror the viewer. Maybe it’s because the other videos I’ve viewed you’ve been on a profile? It is helpful for me if you mirror me, because your tips are so helpful to deepen poses etc that I sometimes get confused if it’s not a mirror of me. Great class! I loved it, all of it! I like the sequences, they flowed well and gave a really good deep stretch. I feel like my entire body is stretched deeply from this class. You did some of my favourite moves ie: Yogi squat, to name just one. The 30 minute length is perfect, i can still do the class and do one of your meditation classes before starting work. It would be nice to see more 30 minute classes in a variety of themes. I love that you chant OM at the end! I feel it helps to ground, centre, calm, continue to offer gratitude to our Self and Source and solidify the practice. Thank you Kassandra for all the classes you do, have done and continue to do! After carrying so much tension in my body from stress, this WAS much-needed. I honestly feel more conscious when I increase my flexibility. I can't wait until I can fold, completely down, in the middle, while in the straddle! I know I'll get there soon because your practices have helped me regain my flexibility in so many ways. I know if my flexibility is improving or lowering based on how I feel when I do this practice - this is how great this sequence is for me.

I have done this one sooo many times but it is my go to when I am tired, stressed and achy. I love it!
Great class! I loved it, all of it! I like the sequences, they flowed well and gave a really good deep stretch. I feel like my entire body is stretched deeply from this class. You did some of my favourite moves ie: Yogi squat, to name just one. The 30 minute length is perfect, i can still do the class and do one of your meditation classes before starting work. It would be nice to see more 30 minute classes in a variety of themes. I love that you chant OM at the end! I feel it helps to ground, centre, calm, continue to offer gratitude to our Self and Source and solidify the practice. Thank you Kassandra for all the classes you do, have done and continue to do! After carrying so much tension in my body from stress, this WAS much-needed. I honestly feel more conscious when I increase my flexibility. I can't wait until I can fold, completely down, in the middle, while in the straddle! I know I'll get there soon because your practices have helped me regain my flexibility in so many ways. You're simply the best Kassandra.

Really enjoyed it. But I normally like to get my full 30 mins of yoga. These series are more 20 min yoga series. Thanks very much for such enjoyable yoga.
I truly enjoyed this 30 minutes stretch with all those variations/deepenings....it was exactly what I needed and despite I did it in my period time (did the downdogs, splits and all) and I feel great. Thank you
