Thank you so much for sharing what you know about this. It really makes it easier for blind or visually impaired people like myself when the wonderful people who are kind enough to vocally explain what they are doing in a video make informative videos like yours . I've unfortunately seen many videos that only show what they are doing and do not tell what they are doing in a way that everyone can see hear or understand. Thank you so very much you've helped me fix my problem easily.
WOW. This is so SIMPLE!!! I have been 'googling' for an hour, reading stuff on reddit, disk software sites, and even microsoft. I even tried "command prompt" and disk management and none of those would remove the partition. None of them were even close to having a real answer, let alone one that is truly SIMPLE and WORKS. This is truly amazing. THANK YOU SO MUCH. Got a single volume back on my Sandisk 64Gb flash drive that somehow got partitioned. This is great, Thank you!!!
when I right click on the partition to get ready to "delete volume" all the options are Greyed out , (i cannot click on it). ... what am i doing wrong? someone please help...thank you......... UPDATE::: i got it to work .. Thank you ! soooooooooo much ! awesome video !
I got 4gb stick that has 3 partitions. 256mb & 256mb (EFI-system partition) & 3.23gb (basic data partition). Cannot merge them to one partition. Any idea on this?
All the process followed. But At last when I click finish. it is showing some error - " the operation is not supported on a non-empty removal disk " .. What is the problem?? I cannot re use my pendrive?? 🥲
after you've deleted the two partition and they are both not allocated you should try to run diskpart, then type "select (your volume, for me it was 1)" then "create partition primary" and it will merge them
Am I the ONLY one who does not consider this merging anything?! You may as well have just reformatted the entire drive since you're erasing the partitions anyways. Perhaps I am mistaken, but I was really hoping you meant "merge" as in, "combining multiple partitions, so that all of their respective data were now together on one single partition"....
mine dont combine it just shows two unallocated
Thank you! I had an 64 GB USB stick that was used as Windows recovery drive, and got chopped to 32 GB. Your video helped me get my disk space back.
Finally a video that's straight to the point, thank you! 👍🏼
I was almost there, just didnt think to delete both partitions like this, thank you!
Thanks!! I wonder why a lot of channels that help with computer problems originate from South Asia...
Yay thank you so much it is back to normal. My USB thumb drive was showing 4 partitions. I was like whoa.
Edit: It formats and it stores once again.

You should reboot your system and try again..
You might need to use diskpart on the command line (you'll find detailed instructions on the web, e.g. @ easusDOTcom)

bro it just changed the name and it didnt merge
