From my PC I cannot setup 2 partitions on my usb. I can setup the first 16g partition. When I go to setup the 2nd partition I click on the unallocated space left, but cannot select "new simple volume" as it is grayed out. What am I doing wrong?

My USB drive appears as two separate drives, D and E, and deleting the partitions leaves them separate and I am unable to merge the two into one.

Did you not mention that the USB was partitioned in NTFS "Not FAT32"?
