    To the people asking or accusing me of photoshopping my waist in the thumbnail….🤣
    I do not photoshop my photos-ever.
    I don’t believe in giving women unrealistic expectations!
    However, what I’ve done in the past is build my lats-my husband likes to say I have a nice wide lat spread lol. 🤣
    This will help give you more of an hourglass figure which I’ve spoken about in the past!
    I’m happy to do some posing in a future video if y’all don’t believe me…and so I can show off the muscles. 😝👏
    So no…I don’t photoshop. But you can do the same workout programs as me here:

      Yes, build shoulder boulders and it makes your waist look slimmer. Also, the way you pose can make a difference. I actually learned how to face my hips in one direction and turn my top body to the front from you!! Then, I taught my sister and cousins haha

    Been washing my chicken all my life and my family and I never got salmonella. In my culture we have been washing our chicken for centuries. The rare occasion I did eat unwashed chicken it tasted bloody and unclean. Always soak your chicken in a large bowl of water, with vinegar or salt or lemon juice or up to all three if your like, let it soak there for 10 minutes. Rince is off and pat to dry. Always wash your hands to avoid cross contamination.

      That's good but even the FDA recommends against it. I honestly just don't get the point since cooking temps kill any bacteria. Do people only have a thing of washing chicken or do people wash other meats too?

    I love meal prep videos! Sometimes i get burnt out making the same things i know to do over and over. So i love coming here to find new ideas! I really would like to see a keto meal prep. I’m trying out keto for the first time and struggle making meals. Thank you for sharing your knowledge! ❤

    Would love to see a meal prep where you include snack boxes and with grab and go breakfasts for when you have those mornings where you need to rush out the door 😊 loved this! Definitely going to try some of these ideas! My go to tip with meal prepping at the moment is preparing several proteins and several carbs and mixing and matching to give myself variety through the week. Eg last week I did a bolognese style sauce with heaps of veg, venison mince and black beans on the stove, skinless seasoned chicken breast in the oven and another protein in the slow cooker. Then for carbs I did rice, protein pasta and potatoes for mash potatoes. That way you have 9 different meals. Otherwise my partner hates meal prepped food because he gets bored 😂

    Don’t lie! “Turkey” is Christian’s vocal prompt to turn off the lights and turn on Netflix. (That was my fav and funniest part) Ok so I love this! I know this is for new prepping but I cook healthy for my family during the weekdays and these are such good options! I’ve been looking for more recipes, healthy of course, idk why I’ve never thought of these! They’re gonna be a hit with the hubby and kiddos!

    Hi Heidi! I just wanted to say thank you for showing REALISTIC portions and appealing healthier option foods. Growing up in my culture I was always ashamed of my size and the amount of food I eat. It's taken me a lot of time to overcome the fear of "fats and carbs are bad for you". I cannot wait to try the meatball recipe cause it looks really good and I'm going to try your wings because mine never turn out THIS crispy haha.

    This is really helpful thank you! If you could do a sweets and treats series that is anti-inflammatory I'd appreciate it. My Autistic daughter has PCOS and as a result also is insulin resistant but she doesn't understand any of that. She's just mad she has to eat salad and can't have sweets!

    If your oven has convection roast or convection bake, it’s basically an air fryer. In fact, air fryers are inspired from the convection mode on an oven. Do the convection roast mode and you don’t need to flip them (or anything else you make on this mode) at all because the hot air is circulating around :)

    Hi again Miss Heidi I just had a question about your food allergies . my son just discovered he can't eat pineapple or avocado and he's never had that problem before. And I remember you saying some similar things and that you went to a specialist and possibly introduce some Foods back into your diet in one of your previous videos anything you could refer to us we live in Austin Texas he lives in Seguin Texas.

    As much as I would like to use an app to track my macros. I just can't stick with it. But if you are eating proper portions of the right foods, you shouldn't be over eating.
    ~~My brother makes meatballs the way you do. But I think I would prefer to use more chili sauce than the amount of jelly that you used. But what healthy meatballs can I find in Walmart?
    ~~I use a decent amount of seasonings...but why use the baking powder on chicken wings?
    ~~Why lower fat? Just because its lower in calories? If you eat fat, you normally don't eat as much.
    ~~I need information on those of us over the age of 50. Its much different than what things are for you. Is that possible?

    Makes me miss living in the US. I’m in living in Japan now and there are so little options for lean meat. Most of the ground beef are 80-20 or sometimes have pork mixed into them. Of course turkey doesn’t exist here. Even with sauces there just aren’t any low fat/low sodium options anywhere. 😭😭😭😭

      I typically buy chicken tenders (the meat) since they’re easier to find than chicken breast. Definitely shrimp and salmon. I’ve started eating Mackerel since they’re cheap here! Since the low fat/zero sugar sauces don’t exist, I have to stick to using seasonings and I’ve made my own cajun seasoning that I basically use on EVERYTHING (except the mackerel). Also looooots and looooooots of soy. Sofu, soybeans, fermented soybeans, edamame, etc. OH! And I started snacking on fishcakes called Chikuwa since they’re super cheap. Unfortunately, they taste pretty bland.

      Yessss!! You can def fit any of these meals into your diet when in a calorie deficit! The key is portion control 🙌🏼

    hey heidi. What if we cannot find turkey minced meat or turkey meat? What can we use instead? Sending lots of love from Singapore, and often times it is super difficult to find turkey meat. Thanks for this video and hope you can show simple sandwiches to make.

      Another way you can make these lower fat is using a beef meatball that’s made with 96/4 grounds beef!!
