Yes, build shoulder boulders and it makes your waist look slimmer. Also, the way you pose can make a difference. I actually learned how to face my hips in one direction and turn my top body to the front from you!! Then, I taught my sister and cousins haha
Been washing my chicken all my life and my family and I never got salmonella. In my culture we have been washing our chicken for centuries. The rare occasion I did eat unwashed chicken it tasted bloody and unclean. Always soak your chicken in a large bowl of water, with vinegar or salt or lemon juice or up to all three if your like, let it soak there for 10 minutes. Rince is off and pat to dry. Always wash your hands to avoid cross contamination.
That's good but even the FDA recommends against it. I honestly just don't get the point since cooking temps kill any bacteria. Do people only have a thing of washing chicken or do people wash other meats too?

Would love to see a meal prep where you include snack boxes and with grab and go breakfasts for when you have those mornings where you need to rush out the door 😊 loved this! Definitely going to try some of these ideas! My go to tip with meal prepping at the moment is preparing several proteins and several carbs and mixing and matching to give myself variety through the week. Eg last week I did a bolognese style sauce with heaps of veg, venison mince and black beans on the stove, skinless seasoned chicken breast in the oven and another protein in the slow cooker. Then for carbs I did rice, protein pasta and potatoes for mash potatoes. That way you have 9 different meals. Otherwise my partner hates meal prepped food because he gets bored 😂

If your oven has convection roast or convection bake, it’s basically an air fryer. In fact, air fryers are inspired from the convection mode on an oven. Do the convection roast mode and you don’t need to flip them (or anything else you make on this mode) at all because the hot air is circulating around :)

As much as I would like to use an app to track my macros. I just can't stick with it. But if you are eating proper portions of the right foods, you shouldn't be over eating. ~~My brother makes meatballs the way you do. But I think I would prefer to use more chili sauce than the amount of jelly that you used. But what healthy meatballs can I find in Walmart? ~~I use a decent amount of seasonings...but why use the baking powder on chicken wings? ~~Why lower fat? Just because its lower in calories? If you eat fat, you normally don't eat as much. ~~I need information on those of us over the age of 50. Its much different than what things are for you. Is that possible?

I typically buy chicken tenders (the meat) since they’re easier to find than chicken breast. Definitely shrimp and salmon. I’ve started eating Mackerel since they’re cheap here! Since the low fat/zero sugar sauces don’t exist, I have to stick to using seasonings and I’ve made my own cajun seasoning that I basically use on EVERYTHING (except the mackerel). Also looooots and looooooots of soy. Sofu, soybeans, fermented soybeans, edamame, etc. OH! And I started snacking on fishcakes called Chikuwa since they’re super cheap. Unfortunately, they taste pretty bland.

Another way you can make these lower fat is using a beef meatball that’s made with 96/4 grounds beef!!
