I love doing a combo of whole eggs and egg whites. In my country we are currently limited to one box of eggs, but can get egg whites in the fridge section.
I loved the part when you used the ground turkey from H‑E‑B to make into breakfast sausage patties. I get that ground turkey all the time and now I have a new way to cook it!
I like the zucchini and shrimp pasta. It looks super delicious and filling! I’ve started working out again and I think the meal plans are what keep me on track. 💪🏼
My favorite party of the video was the shrimp and asparagus meal. That looks delicious! My husband and i have recently gone dairy free/wheat free, due to food allergies. As a new mom at 40 I never got to thank you for the meal prep video where you were in an apartment with your boyfriend i was starting my journey 395 pounds lost 243 got to my goal now again starting over and i lost it all natural. Starting again so far ive lost 30 super slow but age i guess and no sleep. Thank you your video long ago i repeated repeated i had no idea how to meal prep. Anyone watching with alot of weight mental change, fast, low carb start with 100 grams a day and low calorie. You will lose 🎉❤
