Thank you! It was a fonderful practice! I am broke so yesterday I had to walk ten kilometers thys my body was sore. Since today, for the first time in weeks I had some exrra time. I could do this practice and it restored my body and my aching soul!
P.S. I did not suffer sexual abuse but I did suffer extreme narcissistic abuse with a destroying smeat campaign. For some reason the best yoga and meditative tools as well as mental advice I ever found are the tools and advice meant for sexual assault victims maybe because in narcissistic abuse your power of choice os also taken aback, people also don't believe you, you experience guilt and shame and later anger and inadequacy! Thank you so much again fit ptoviding us with these free lovingand caring tools! 🙏🌷

Thank you so much for this, it felt very safe. Certain poses and moments actually brought up some anger for me...I wasn't always sure what to do with the anger, but I was happy to feel it bc usually I have a lot of trouble accessing anything resembling anger around this topic.

Thank you for that. Your words at the beginning had me in tears. I often feel sick in my stomach ( because of neck stiffness I believe) when I practice. Do you have any tips on that? Much love

Hi Eva, the nausea and a stiff neck may be connected. I would recommend exploring the Seeking Safety series in the virtual library. There are a lot of neck movements and stretches throughout the series that might be helpful!

Hi Eva that may be to do with your vagus nerve and the impacts of trauma. The vagus nerve is affected by trauma, and runs through the neck, down through the stomach, and digestive tract. You might find the vagus nerve exercises helpful. Stephen Porges' pioneered Polyvagal theory. It's one of the new approaches to working with trauma. Hope you find some relef.
