I LOVE this one and it's even funner watching my husband try it. Nothing like seeing a 6'4" man having muscle fatigue with 3lb weights. ;D Haha. Think you guys can create some more arm/shoulder workouts like this? These are the only Barre workouts he will do. (His legs are large enough.)

Seems interesting. It is my first time to know about barre workouts. I have a question please 💞 I have already slim arm and I don't wanna make them slimmer. It won't be good to be too slim. So, are your barre workouts suits me or only these for weight loss? I want to try them but I'm afraid to get more slim arms 😂.. Your arms look good. Do you always do only barre arm workouts or you do also the gym workouts with heavy weights 😁?
Can I do your barre workouts and have defined muscles? Not more slim arms? And is 3 days a week good for me to do this arms workouts?
And do your site has extra arms workouts? Or only full body workouts in your site?
Cuz for legs and abs I have others routines that I like to do which are not barre... But for arms only I want to do barre 😄
If you already have very slim arms, you should bulk up the arms with more muscles (unless u want to add fats into your arms but fat distribution depends a lot on your genetics and it's not healthy to get fatter unless your BMI is too low). So to bulk up you have to carry very heavy weights (start with 8lbs dumbbell and keep increasing to 20+lbs). Taking protein supplements will quicken this process but there are some health risks so better to get advice from your doctor before taking supplements. In summary, do not do so much barre as it will slim your arm even more because those who do not want to bulk their arms will use barre to tone the arms but in your case you should do the opposite.
