    This is the best video on this subject I have seen. Instructions are clear and descriptive, explaining why you are doing the particular motions and what to feel for. This is also done in such a way you can follow along step-by-step with no cuts or assumptions made about how to proceed. I have tinnitus aggravated by jaw tension and this is very helpful.

    This was so helpful!! My jaw is always super tight but it was especially bad today and this helped a ton :) will definitely be returning to this again!!! (Ps: it’s unrelated to this video but I also love your sinus pressure relief videos, I watch those a lot too and they always work so well!)

    I have uneven jaw muscles which causes me to have an asymmetrical face, and my jaw pops. Will doing these messages overtime fix the asymmetry?

      It depends on whether or not the asymmetry is solely due to hypertonic muscles. Why not try it and see what happens?
